The Weekly Drugstore Makeup Sales (10/16 - 10/22)

I'm going to be playing catch-up for a while, so in order to get this post up ASAP, I'm skipping the usual coupon links. The good news is that I don't think there are many printable coupons still available this week to go with these sales (as far as I can tell) but if you know of any, please leave a comment on this post and share your info (thanks in advance!). CVS shoppers:  I'm pretty excited about the deal on Almay Intense i-Color this week: the shadows, liners and mascara are on sale for $5.99 each with $4 back in Extra Bucks and the limit is SIX!  To see my review of the Smoky i-kit for brown eyes, click here. I have been reaching for the lid shade in that kit quite a bit lately. For $1.99, I think it's a great deal.

Rite Aid Shoppers: There are so many fantastic makeup deals at Rite Aid this week that I struggled with what to highlight here. Prestige cosmetics are basically BOGOFREE since you get $7 +UP Rewards if you spend $15. But I think the BEST deal is that you'll either MAKE MONEY or get a FREE Revlon nail color if you follow these instructions: this week all Revlon lip, eye, nail and beauty tools are 40% off, and if you buy ONE of these products, you'll get $2 +UP Rewards (limit 1). Well there's a $1 off Revlon nail coupon on the Video Values site you can use with this sale. I understand that the price of cosmetics vary from region to region but here's what happened when I did it (the sales start early in my area so I did this on Friday): I purchased a nail color from the Expressionists collection and at 40% off it came out to $2.87. If I had had the $1 Revlon coupon (which I didn't have with me at the time), I would have paid $1.87 out of pocket, and THEN I got $2 back in +UP Rewards, which actually means I would have made 13 cents! So watch the video on the VV site and get that coupon before you go to Rite Aid this week! And the best part? The sale includes Limited Edition products! PS: If you're not into nail polish, there's also a $2 off coupon for Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara on  the VV site (see my review here), which you can use for this sale! If Grow Luscious is $9 in your area, the 40% off sale brings it down to $5.40. With the $2 off coupon, you'll pay $3.40, and then you'll get $2 back in +UP Rewards, bringing your total down to just $1.40 for a brand new mascara!

Walgreens shoppers: There are no noteworthy beauty sales going on this week at Wags (boo!) but that doesn't mean there's nothing exciting to report. The Walgreens-exclusive Wet n Wild Beauty Bar has been spotted recently, and the Beauty Bar display includes the all-matte 8-pan and the baked shadow palettes!
