I've mentioned a few times that I don't live close to an Ulta, so unfortunately I don't get to check out the newest goodies from Essence that often. Luckily, I can rely on some of you fabulous readers to keep me updated, like when the lovely Stacie shared some pics of the limited edition Whoom! Boooom! collection, which she spotted at her local HEB store.
And if you're new to Essence, it's a company out of Germany that sells extremely inexpensive makeup and nail products in trendy colors and adorable packaging.
From the Essence website:
..the new “whoom! boooom!!!” trend edition lets
us leave the dark, cold winter behind with a splash of color. the
extravagant products are also reminiscent of one of the most popular art
genres of our times, pop art! the expressive colors of the new essence whoom! boooom!!!
products help you achieve creative looks in a trendy pop art style.
bright colors are effortlessly combined with strong grey and black

Is it just me or are we beginning to see a trend here? The first milky-yellowish-chartreuse nail color I spotted at the drugstore this year was from the Sinful Colors Adventure Island collection. Then just a few days ago I spotted one in the new Confetti polishes. And here's another! I guess this is a hot shade for 2011, huh?
