The Weekly Drugstore Makeup Sales (6/19 - 6/25)

I've been experiencing an issue where the title of my weekly drugstore post has not been updating (all last week it was showing as "6/5 - 6/11" even though I updated it to say "6/12 - 6/18"). Since this seems to be a glitch that isn't correcting itself, I'm going to start posting the complete list every week in THIS post, and then I'll link to this post in the link list above, in case you need to get to it quickly throughout the week. Hope that makes sense, and I'm so sorry for any confusion this has caused.

Here we go!

Any good coupon match-ups or unadvertised sales you'd like to share? Please leave them on this post! I believe it was Linda who pointed out last week (please correct me if I'm wrong!) that the Garnier skincare deal at CVS is a good one--you could purchase any combination of 3 cleansers or Moisture Rescue skincare products, pay $15 and get $5 Extra Bucks, making it just $10 for THREE products!

PS: If you've been wanting to try those new Revlon Just Tinted polishes (click here to see Nicole's swatches) it would be a good time to get them at CVS this week since they're $4.99 with $3 Extra Bucks (even better if you have a Revlon coupon!).

  1. Gosh i wish i would have known about the renpure deal. I just purchased ther new color protecting shampoo. But i did have $3 extra bucks but still I might take it back and get it for cheaper. Will they give me back my EB or just the cash i spent. cause if they dont give me back my EB then it would not be worth taking it back. But i might still pick up the color protecting conditoner. I hope my CVS has a good selection of Revlon polishes. I saw a peach one i wanted in Walmart but i hope CVS carries it.

  2. Well since its just limit one on the Renpure deal i guess Ill just go back and pick up the color protecting conditoner. But it would have been nice to use the EB i had when i bought the shampoo today. The shampoo is originally 6.99 so if its gonna be on sale for 4.99 i could have gotten it for 1.99 then used my extra bucks i got back to buy the conditioner. But i would get any eb back from the conditioner since its limit 1. But im just gonna go get the conditoner and use my EB to get a Revlon polish and ill still get back EB for it too.

  3. ashwillis83: Oh how I WISH CVS returned Extra Bucks! Unfortunately, they don't. Once you use them, they're gone forever. You will only be refunded for the actual cash you spent on the transaction.

  5. olatundeajibola: WHAT? Are you serious? I tried once, a few years ago, and the cashier told me that was impossible, so I never tried again. WOW! I have a product I'd like to return (which I used Extra Bucks to purchase) so I will try to get my EBs back and let you know if it works. Thanks SO much for letting us know you successfully did this!!

  7. Oh! gosh then i will try for sure tomorrow. But it would be weird to take the shampoo back then turn around and buy it again but oh well. I also have a 30% off coupon to use and 5 off of 15.

  8. I've had two different situations - once, they were able to return the extra bucks and another time, my CVS just gave me store credit to use :) love that place - they def go out of their way to help you! It never hurts to ask, right?

  9. I got a CVS email blast with a $3 off any Revlon (exp. 6/27/11) in store CVS coupon. Coupled with the sale price of Revlon nail polishes and the EB offer this week, that makes for some free scented nail polishes! :-)
