There are a TON of new Finger Paints nail polishes in the permanent display. I got Chromatic Creation (the silver holo you mentioned previously) and a bunch of others. If you would like more info pictures just ask (I forgot to take a picture of the new wall installation though...)
The new Rimmel lip crayons are great. Very similar to the Jordana balm stains, but even better pigmentation. The only issue is that the one I got (sunkissed) was a different color on than in the tube. It looks like a dark apricot, but applied it's closer to persimmon, more red/pink but still the orange undertone. It's still gorgeous, but fair warning.

Was at Nordstrom Rack today - they had a bunch of NYX, Lorac, NARS, Urban Decay, Bliss, Butter London, OPI, Essie, Stila, and LOTS more waaaay discounted. I picked up some Stila palettes (under $10 each) for my sister as well as a NARS palette ($25 - regular price about $50) for myself. My youngest sister got some Butter London polishes that were around $6 each.

Walgreens has a 2/$4 for Wet n Wild liquid liner & the new Mega Rocks glitter nail polishes. One display had the Mega Rocks w/ $1/off coupon on the bottles ($3 each - $1 coupon = $2), so I got two for $2!
New Revlon nail polishes at Bed Bath & Beyond - Leather and Tweed collection. 4 leather finish polishes and 4 "tweed" which looked to be mixes of different bar glitters.
At Marshall's I spotted the Tarina Tarantino Jewel Box Pallette for $29.99 (original retail when sold @ Sephora was $78)
Today @ Walgreens I got the E.L.F. holiday set that included the 96 geometric eye shadows palette with a mini eye primer, a waterproof eyeliner marker and an eye shadow brush + smudger for $7.50! It was originally marked $15. It didn't have a reduced price sticker but it was in the clearance section, so I asked a cashier to scan it :D
On Friday for 1 hour TheBalm cosmetics will have 50% off site wide.

Picked up a new doubled ended eye brush set from Eco Tools at Walmart. http://www.walmart.com/ip/EcoTools-Eye-Enhancing-Duo-Makeup-Brushes-2-pc/34202596 Although I'm not fond of double ended brushes they are lovely. So soft. Better shaped than some of the older ET eye brushes I've owned. There is an angle, flat shader (that's on the fluffy side so it would probably blend well too), pencil/crease, and smudger. It was under $6 and would be perfect for travel or someone just starting with brushes.

Nyx displays at Ultas across the nation should be going up soon, mine is up now and it includes the new products! Additionally the discontinued colors and products are on clearance! Scored 7 clearanced items for 8 dollars with my discount! Also Cargo was 50% off the entire line at my location. This might be changing on Sunday since the ad changes that day.
Yesterday at Target a TON of nail stuff was hitting clearance, basically everything gel plus some other Sally Hansen polishes. Everything from Red Carpet Manicure was on clearance, most polishes were 6.98, but some were 4.98 (white and sheer pinks mostly). The lamps, accessories, and kits were on clearance too. The pro lamp was 34.98. This is a great shot for someone that has been wanting a gel kit to get a good break on their stuff.
I have been lusting after Paul Mitchell Hot Off the Press after I heard about makeupbytiffanyd talking about it on Youtube. Then Melmphs on youtube mentioned that she got a bottle of it on clearance at Ulta, because it was in limited edition packaging, for 9.99. I went to my Ulta to see if they had it and they did, but it wasn't in the clearance section, and it didn't have a clearance sticker on it. I took it up front and it was on sale so I picked up a bottle. If you are interested in trying this, check your Ulta to see if they have it, with their regular Paul Mitchell products and it will probably be on sale in the limited edition packaging.
Found Sephora by OPI's "It's Real 18K Gold Top Coat" at my local Big Lots for $1.80. Picked up 2 bottles today.
Kmart is having tons of Revlon, L'Oreal and tons of other beauty brands on clearance!
Walmart has some of the Hard Candy polishes on clearance for $2 each: I picked up Sweet Tooth, Cotton Candy Pink and Pixie Pink for that price. I didn't price check the others in the display, though.
Avon has the Extra Lasting eye crayons B1G1 for $0.99. There are several other products on that sale as well.
Rite Aid is carrying Lumene now!~ I caught them stocking it last time I was in.
I bought 5 new Maybelline Color Tattoos today at Bed, Bath & Beyond - the Spring 2014 collection. Colors are 105 Stroke of Midnight (sparkly black), 100 Caramel Cool (shimmering apricot), 95 Sleek & Spice (shimmery bronzey taupe), 85 Beige-ing Beauty (shimmery light gold), 80 Pure Nude (shimmery nude). No mattes :/.
Today, I found a revlon photo ready bronzer at big lots for $3.50!

Lots of The New Black nail sets hitting TJ Maxx and Marshalls in upstate SC. I got the Rock n' Roll Royalty 5 pc. set at TJ's for $7.99 ($22 on Ulta.com). And the 4 pc. Typography set for $5.99 at Marshall's ($16 on Sephora.com). They had quite a few regular polish sets as well, but I was only interested in the nail art kits.
Sorry if you mentioned this already, but Cargo is 50% off at Ulta (in stores only, not online).

WET N WILD SPRING 2014 WALKING RED CARPET / FLIRTING AT THE AFTER PARTY PALETTE
I don't know if it was just at my Target, but on Saturday I went on a little shopping trip and every brand had almost HALF of their products on clearance. Including some L'Oreal Infallible eyeshadows. I know Physicians Formula is pretty overpriced and some of their bronzers were on clearance. Most of the Maybelline eyeshadows were over half off (Including little palletes and their baked shadows. NYX also had most of their trios on clearance and their glam shadow sticks.
On the topic of Target-
on smartphones, Target has an app called cartwheel (or something similar to that) where you can get free coupons on your phone and just have the person checking you out scan the barcode at the top of the screen. The coupons range from every section you could think of, but my favorite is the health and beauty (Obviously). Recently (with the app) I got up and up Facial Cleansers for 5% off, Revlon ColorBurst matte or lacquer balm for 10%, and a Revlon PhotoReady highlighter for 10% off (and those babies are $10 so a little coupon was greatly appreciated). The app is also FREE. So check that out. But the health and beauty section has a bath and body, hair care, health care, make up, oral care, personal care, and skin care subunits.
I really hope all the clearance wasn't only at my Target!!

I have some exciting news for you about Sinful Colors! I'll try and be as succinct as possible with this post, but I am a "details" person, so I have been thorough.
Today when I went into Walgreens I had a look at Sinful Colors' permanent display. I noticed small stickers within the display that corresponded to the locations of the polishes they had, which seemed to be incorrect based on those sticker strips that go on the displays that tell you the names of the polishes.
I think we are about to see a change to the core collection!
I made notes on what the new core collection will include, as well as what the old core had, but I have to admit that I think I must have missed something--my total number for the old core is 72, but for the new one I got 71. Darn! So, there could be an accidental omission below.
No longer included in the new core:

As a side note, I know you mentioned in a recent Sinful Colors post that the shade Kissy is part of the core collection, however, it wasn't listed in the Walgreens permanent display, either for the old or new core. I also didn't see it in the permanent display at Rite Aid when I went there recently. Remember last year, I think it was, when they introduced a few new shades to the core (Island Coral, Star Fish, Ice Dream, Super Star, Charmed, Calypso, etc.)? I think Kissy was removed from the core collection at that time. (I still have to check Target's display, though, to see if it's at least available there.)
Also, checking through your recent Sinful Colors posts (I didn't want to tell you anything you've already posted about), some shades you mention as being permanent, I didn't see in the Walgreens display, whether for the old or new core: Exotic Green, San Francisco, HD Nails, Citrine, Feeling Great. (Figured this would be worth mentioning.)
Now, I have a curious note regarding Calypso! Calypso *will* be included in the new core collection, but it appears that the polish, despite having the same name and number (1181), is now an entirely different color! I also had a look at the Sinful Shine display, and noticed three shades in the display that did not have a permanent slot and label. As far as I know, Sinful Colors hasn't released a limited edition collection for Sinful Shine, so I'm wondering if they're going to be adding new shades.
The shades I saw were:

I can't see comments on the You Tell Me page anymore so I dunno if anyone's posted about these yet - but I just picked up 6 of the 8 Ulta brand Color Coat Cream Eye Shadows. They are packaged exactly like the Color Tattoos so I wanted to see if they were similar - but the Ulta ones are muuuch creamier. I haven't tested them out yet so I don't know if they crease or anything. But the colors are really pretty. There's a taupe and a rose gold that are stunning.
I hit my local (Visalia, CA) Ulta today and nearly all of the Sally Hansen gel products were 90% off. The gel strips were 1.49 or 1.29, and the gel polish bottles were 1.29. Same goes for a ton of their normal nail polishes (insta-dri's and diamond's were 49 cents, for example). The employee I spoke to said they just marked them down overnight. And even better, if you spend over $10 you can use the $3.50 off coupon on them as well. I ended up with five gel strips, three gel bottles, and two normal polishes for just over $9.
Hey G I went to Ross today and found some amazing real techniques brushes dupe! It was a set of 4 eye brushes that looked very similar to the real techniques ones and I snapped some pictures, let me know if you'd like me to send them to you.
Three Julie G Gumdrops had slots in the permanent display at my rite aid - Blueberry Fizz, Sugar Rush, and Crushed Candy. I checked, and they are also listed on the website under the "core" section. :D

I was just at my local K-Mart today and there is quite a bit of cosmetics marked down. All of the Essie liquid products (top coats, apricot oil, quick dry, base coats, regular polish, and luxe effects (is that what the glitters are called?) are $4.00 (50% off regular price). The nail sticker things are not on sale as far as I could tell.
There are a bunch of Rimmel polishes (not the 60 second ones) marked down to $2.00.
A lot of Revlon lip products were also 50% off.
Jordana nail art bottles are now $1.00 on clearance.
Other brands include Sally Hansen, L'Oreal, and Cover Girl. The sales on these items are pretty much what was happening at CVS, etc. at the end of 2013. (My K-Mart is really slow... they just put out a New Year's Rimmel display :/ )
Both my Walgreens have the Wet N Wild Megaslicks Balm Stains in the Fergie collection and permanent display. Each balm has a $1.00 off manufacturer coupon on the lid plus WNW lip products are 2/$3.00 this week. You can combine the coupon with the sale to get them for $0.50 a piece!
On top of that, if you scanned the coupon for the beauty event, you get 50 points for every dollar spent on qualifying beauty products until March.
I got the points and the balms at 50 cents each, so it's worth a shot to see if your Wags has them before the sale ends Saturday. Please correct my information if it is wrong. Thank you and good luck!

Saw Maybelline Dream Wonder Fluid-Touch Foundation (whew) -- the Armani Maestro dupe -- at Target in San Rafael, California for 8.99 for 20 ml. I believe this is the same size as L'Oreal Magic Nude, but for a few dollars less.
