Several of my local Ross stores have Black Radiance value boxes for $5. I saw 2 varieties: an eyeshadow quad with 2 tubes of lip gloss, and a box that had 2x eyeshadow quads, blush, and 3 small tubes of moisturizing "lipstain" (works like regular gloss; no staining).

The nail polish brand sold at Ulta, Pixel, is expanding into cosmetics. Just spotted an end cap (which unfortunately was not stocked except for some liquid liners). There looks to be a good assortment of lipglosses, eyeshadows, lipsticks, etc. The liquid liners I saw came in a variety of bright colors and were only $5.49.

Halloween Update: I saw the Walgreens merchandising guide. Unfortunately it's in black and white and TINY, but it looks like we're going to have some sort of Disney Villain's theme going on. I think I told you about the makeup cases, but we're also going to have eyelashes, too. It looks like there will be four characters, Ursula, Maleficent, the queen from Snow White, and Cruella DeVil.
And now, or popping up soon, at least, Walgreens should be putting out these little displays of Tinkerbell makeup cases. I forgot to snap a picture while at work today. Oops! XD

Just back from Big Lots and I found 2 shades of L'Oreal Colur Riche Star Secrets lipstick, Laetitia's Champagne and Milla's Plum, might have been more of these shades, but I didn't have time to dig! Also found several ELF nail polishes, one of them is a pretty flakie topcoat, 95 cents :)

Today I went to Walgreens and spotted a Kiss Display with Disney Villains I don't know if anyone has seen these they are pretty amazing I have a picture if you want to see it I don't know how to add on here. I saw four different disney villain characters and these were nail kits. The display was called Everything needed to be a nail art Queen. They were going for $9.99 each.
I saw the Milani 3D holos at Dollar Tree today. They also had 3 shades of their Black Magic eyeliners, teal, gold, and sterling. Keep in mind I'm in an area where I've NEVER before seen any nail polishes at any DT in a 25 mile radius other than generic, LA Colors, and the occasional Sinful.

I found two of the wrong shades in the Sinful Colors Luxe Leather collection recently and wanted to give others a heads up to check other displays, possibly even the permanent ones. Not sure if this was a fluke at our two Wags, but in case it seems like yours is surprisingly low or you get the wrong color a few times from the display, I suggest digging around.
My husband and I spent ten minutes digging out all of the shades from the LL collection mistakenly placed in an unmarked display and restocked the correct display before returning the incorrect ones back in their nondescript home. We found four of the matte green and three of the matte berry; three blue, two grey.
Hopes this helps if anyone was trying to get their paws on this collection. Best luck.

My Target had their "exclusive" Sinful Colors polishes on clearance for .98 cents, the Sally Hansen Summer 2013 on clearance for 1.57, and a some Elf 100 shadow palettes on clearance for 8.50.
I work at a Kohl's, and we've received word that Kohl's will be getting in some "prestige" cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance brands: Borghese, H20+, Hydroxatone, Lorac, Cargo, PurMinerals, the Balm, and BOSS. However, you will not be able to use Kohl's percentage-off coupons on these items (it goes against the agreement the companies made with Kohl's, as they allegedly do not allow discounts on their items in other stores). However, you CAN use Kohl's Cash to purchase these items. You may also use "e-mail coupons" to purchase them--it's a bit unclear, but I believe this means the $5 or $10 off coupon you get when you first sign up for Kohl's e-mails, not the percentage-off e-mail coupons. (Though it's certainly worth a shot trying.)
Several of these brands will be getting holiday kits at Kohl's, but it wasn't specified which ones.

Pretty neat, LOTS of brands and formulas to choose from. Haven't tested it thoroughly, so not vouching for it's accuracy, but it was an instant bookmark for me.
Was at Boston Beauty today, and they had Hair Do extensions in the old packaging (with Jessica Simpson on the box) on clearance for $25! Pretty big selection. They also had a nice selection of OPI, Essie, and a few China glaze polishes on sale for $2 each! Got Essie Luxeffects in Gold as it gets and OPI Live and Let Die.
Just spotted new clearance markdowns at my local KMart including Sally Hansen Lustre Shine polishes for 3.50, Revlon Lip Butters for 1.82, Covergirl Natureluxe Gloss Balms for 1.74 and a variety of Milani lipsticks between 1.50-2.00. They also had a box of discontinued but not clearanced cosmetics that contained a big stack of the Wet n Wild Pop Art trios.

For anyone who likes the Almay liquid lip balm but wishes they gave more color.. the NYC lip stains make a wonderful companion product. This is also a good idea if you like the stains but find them drying. Just put on a good base of the stain and top with the balm, reapplying as needed. I had no problems with transfer or the balm breaking down the stain, and found the color options matched each other really well.

They are really lovely, way prettier than I expected from the catalog swatches. Very soft wearable shades, nothing dark or bright. The brown and purple are shimmers, the pink has very fine silver sparkles, and the beige and blue are both duochrome (beige/pink, blue/green). Apply very smooth with a formula similar to color tattoo, sheer with one layer, opaque with two. Very nice glass jar packaging. I have not worn them on my eyes yet but swatches on my hand did not budge when rubbed once set.

Was at Nordstrom RAck today and they had the LORAC Stylist eye palette $15 exclusive to Hautelook (a sister company to Nordys) as well as the Smashbox Heatwave eye palette and the lipglosses from same collection.
Cheap dupe alert: the much buzzed Essie For the Twill of It and OPI dupe Peace and Love appear to be copycats of the Essence polish Chic Reloaded. I compared the bottles yesterday in Ulta, and they looked identical, but I didn't want to buy a duplicate just to check. I have the Essence polish, and it's a nice formula.
FYI for anyone who spots the ELF combo shadow and liner pencil at Dollar Tree... it creases horribly, even over primer and with powder shadow in the crease. I wear cream shadows all the time and this was horrible after only a couple of hours. The liner also pulls out of the pencil (the entire liner "cartridge"" when you try to take off the lid and refused to twist up. Not worth the $1.
At Marshalls, they had Sparitual nail polishes for 3.99 each: Lithophonic, Instinct, Body, & then a black creme. They also had Nicole/OPI duos (mostly Kardashian) for 9.99, Sephora/OPI (not sure of price, might be 3.99), OPI shatter duos 9.99, Ciate (single polish & set, not sure of price). Orly 4-mini polish set & duos, 6.99.

I had the weirdest experience at Harmon today. I was in there and saw all the new revlon stuff and then stumbled upon the NEW Maybelline liquid lipsticks. They look like the color sensational lipglosses only mini sized. There were 25 shades with a mix of cream and some shimmer shades. All ranging from purples, nudes, pinks, and some reds. GORGEOUS colors. I grab a few and they werent scanning. So guess what! They told me I cant buy them despite the fact that they were displayed. I came back hours later to see if they have put it out again and NO ...I saw it in the back room with a sign that says DO NOT DISPLAY. UGH!!! I'm gonna keep checking back for these. I so want them and I thought I had them too. :(

First, I wanted to let everyone know that the L'Oreal Voluminous Butterfly Effect (hope I got that right) can now be found in the permanent L'Oreal display at Wal-Mart. I know this is a new product so I was surprised to see it added in so quickly.
Second, I was wondering if you had any more information about this new Fergie BB cream. I found it in the permanent WnW display at Wal-Mart tonight. Some tubes even had $2 peelie coupons attached. While it looks like the shade range is unfortunately slanted towards us paler types, I thought the second darkest shade looked really promising for people with yellow undertones or Asian skintones. Spotted new LA Color 24pan palettes in Rite Aid last night. $2.99, there are two colors. Picked up Moody Nudes (which should have been named "moody wearables", it's about 50% colors, but they are nice and muted like cranberry, moss green, navy). The other palette is brighter colors. The packaging is very cheap but the shadows are nice based on some random hand swatches, smooth and pigmented, not chalky or flaky. Each shadow is slightly smaller than a quarter. A good buy for the money.
I picked up "Moody Nudes" at Rite Aid yesterday too. As mentioned, these are about half neutrals (taupes, browns, copper, gray, silver, black) and half autumnal colors (cranberry, plum, olive, royal blue, etc). Really pretty and perfect for this time of year. Quality is decent. It's at least on par with WnW. Packaging is cheap but the whole 24 palette is only $2.99. I think it might go back for the Colorful Times one. That has brighter colors with more blues, greens, and pinks.
At my kmart they had coty airspun in naturelle and fragrance free translucent, they are normally $7. They contain 65g of lose powder which is way more than any other powder I have seen. I recommend the fragrance free, as the regular has a grandma perfume smell, it is strong but goes away once you put it on. It is great as a setting powder.
I spotted Wet n Wild sets at my local Ollie's (close out chain) consisting of two 6 pan "Lust" eyeshadow palettes and two mini lip liner pencils in a terra cotta shade (didn't see the name) for $3.79. They had about 15 packages all with the same thing. There were no other shades. if I didn't already have a backup of "Lust", I would have picked it up!

Spotted at Big Lots: the Fall 2012 Maybelline Eyestudio quads. I found #100 cozy cashmere, #200 smokey cinnamon, #300 sea sprite, and #400 olive martini! And they were all priced at $1.50. :)

I was at the downtown Seattle Bed Bath & Beyond today and they have the Revlon scented nail polishes ($4.79), the Revlon Colorburst Matte and Lacquer Balms ($6.99!), and the Maybelline Color Elixir Liquid Color Balms ($6.79). I bought four of the matte Revlon balms, one of the lacquers, and one of the scented nail polishes - will swatch tomorrow and send to you!
ALSO, GREAT TIP! The woman working the cosmetics section at BB&B let me in on a tip: on the bottom left of the price tag, after the SKU and the date, there will be a letter - I only saw "I" and "A," but there may be more. She said that if there's an "I" on the tag, that means they're only getting that item once - only that one display, and after/if they sell out, they won't be getting any more or be able to order any more. I don't know if this is for the item in total, or just for the new/ltd edition displays - I suppose permanent items would just be placed in the wall display after that. But, it's something to note! At big lots today they had packs of 60 Swisspers select-a-size cotton squares for 90 cents. They also had an entire bin of Sinful Colors "Cross My Heart", about a hundred or so bottles, which was weird. Guess that color didn't sell too well
FYI for Covergirl simply ageless concealer fans: Visited all my local drugstores yesterday, as well as Walmart. Found several reformatted permanent displays in which the SA concealer had been replaced with the CG/Olay concealer balm. Apparently it HAS been discontinued, although as of yesterday it was still not on the official list at covergirl.com. Also removed from the displays were the simply ageless blushes, which are on the list. I tried the concealer balm when it was first released and was not a fan (SA concealer is my HG), it also does not come in a neutralizer shade. :(

I don't know how many rite aids are doing this, but I stopped in one today, and they had taken down all of their older fall collections, put them in bins, and marked them 50% off. I seen the Wnw pop shadows, Sinful Diva polishes, all the fall 2013 Maybelline, the Great Lash colored mascaras, Sally Hansen textured polishes, etc. The pumpkin polishes and other Halloween goodies were not marked down.
I went to Super Walmart last night and there was a new HUGE 4 sided Sinful Colors display. There were lots of colors I've never seen before. Hi there, G! Now, I'm not 100% sure that this will work, but there's a possibility of an amazing deal on Revlon ColorStay foundation here. This week there are two Revlon coupons on coupons.com, one for $2 off any ColorStay product, and $3 off what seems like any face product. There's also the BOGO 1/2 off deal on all Revlon, and the $3.50 off $10 that ULTA always has out. Without tax, that comes to $9.49 for two bottles of Revlon ColorStay foundation. The only problem is that I don't know if ULTA will allow the two manufacturer's coupons to stack on this purchase. If they do, though, that could be really crazy savings--better than a BOGO free deal.

I know each Rite Aid is different, but I hit one a bit out of my area where I've spotted good deals before. Sure enough, I spotted those Maybelline leather effect fall polishes, plus their fall eyeshadows, lipglosses and lipsticks, all for half-off. They also had some Sinful Colors (the fall country-rock star collection), Sally Hansen Sugar Coat polishes, the Maybelline Great Lash colored mascaras, and a few other items, all half-off.
Probably depends on stores, but I was in Marshall's today and found a great selection of limited edition China Glaze polishes for only $2.99 each. These include favorites like this year's Hologlam collection (Yes, for $2.99! Originally they retailed for 8.99-14.99) and 2011's Eye Candy collection. I also saw polishes from recent collections such as the Monster's Ball 2013 collection and the On the Horizon collection there, which are still selling at full price at the Sally's in the same strip mall. I highly encourage everyone to inspect any Marshall's close to you, if just to score a nice linear holographic polish on the cheap!

At my Target tonight I just saw the Maybelline Colorsensational High Shine Glosses on clearance (whole collection!) also, some of the Leather effect polishes were on clearance as well!
The Manager at my Ulta said that they will be definitely getting the UD Ocho Loco 2 set, the Revlon Parfumerie collection, & the Maybelline Gilded in Gold Collection but probably not until mid-November. Urban Decay customer service emailed me back that Ulta stores SHOULD be putting the OL2 set out soon because they were sent the sets and apparently it's not exclusive to Sephora.
I was also at Rite Aid earlier this week & I noticed that they had all the Halloween lashes/polishes/shadows/etc in full/untouched displays because they were buried in between the candy/candle aisle instead of with the rest of the cosmetics.
Also, for some reason my local drugstores this tall season are REALLY far behind - usually we get seasonal collections way in advance - but for some reason everyone (CVS, Rite-Aid, Walgreens, Target, Walmart, Ulta, etc) still has Spring/Summer collections up. Bed, Bath, n Beyond is the only place with new Fall & Holiday collections but because they were the only store to get new collections up - they sold out within a single weekend.

Hi G! Just came back from Nordstrom Rack with an AMAZING deal for butter London nail polishes. They had a trio gift set from the Sparkle, Sparkle Holiday Lacquer Collection with Shambolic, Jack the Lad, and Scuppered for $15! It's valued at $42 and was originally retailed for $36 - so HUGE bargain.
Also, they had duo gift sets that contained a nail polish and a Lippy color. The nail polish colors included Rosie Lee, Chancer, Fairy Cake (or Frilly Knickers?), and West End Wonderland. I believe these were sold for $12.

At my Bed, Bath, n Beyond w/the Harmon's Beauty section, they had a BUNCH of stuff on "Clearance" i.e. reduced prices & they were taking manufacturer's coupons + the store coupons on those as well so everything was very cheap. I got a CoverGirl lipstick I've been wanting for ages for under $3 after tax. :D
Specifically, I noticed: Maybelline Superstay 2 Step Lip Colors were 2 for $14, Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free-Oil-Free Foundation Stick were 2 for $13, Maybelline Volum'Express The Falsies Big Eyes Mascara was 2 for $13, Maybelline COLOR TATTOO Eye Shadow was 2 for $9, Maybelline Eye Studio Master Smokey Eye Liner was 2 for $11. There was also Covergirl foundation and lipsticks on clearance but I forgot to note down the exact type/prices. My Marshalls in Campbell. CA had the same thing-lots of Essie and ChG polishes for $5 and $3, respectively. The China Glaze seemed to be from mostly discontinued collections. I personally picked up ChG Phat Santa, Outta Bounds and Fang-tastic. That last one is very strange because it's from this year's Halloween collection. Even stranger, my local nail supply hadn't gotten the Halloween collection 2 days later when I checked in--I have no idea why the Marshalls would have something the nail place doesn't!
I found the current Rimmel colored mascaras at a local Grocery Outlet in Fremont for $1.99, about half of the $3.99 SRP. Grocery Outlet also had a limited selection of Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure and Extreme Wear polishes for $1.99.
Also, I stopped by the Milpitas Big Lots last night and the had a bunch of L'oreal polishes on sale for $1.00. I picked up Sparklicious, The Temptress' Touch, The Temptress' Power, The Muse's Attitude and Fancy Me.

My Walgreens had a couple two-packs of the Revlon Perfumerie nail polishes - no full display yet. You could get a pack of Bordeaux/Spun Sugar or China Flower/Pink Pineapple. The sets were $10.
If you leave near a Nordstrom Rack I would highly suggest checking it out I was in yesterday and they currently have a ton of LOW priced high end and drugstore makeup items. I saw Bliss products, stila eyeshadows/pigments/liners for as little as 3-4 dollars, They also have NYX, 32 oz Neutrogena lotions/oils and a ton of other high end brands.
TJ Maxx/Marshalls in the Southern NH/Mass area have a slew of discounted OPI, Butter and Ciate colors and sets at deep discount. I don't have pictures but two stores I visited had mini sets (like Couture De Minnie), the foil nail manicure sets by Ciate, and OPI's Just Spotted The Lizard.

I saw a display of the following product in 2 Duane Reades recently: L'Oreal Colour Riche Le Balm, but the middle of the display has new (limited edition I believe?) "POP" shades (the outer section features colors from the permanent line). The one I found the prettiest is called "Dragon Fruit" - a vibrant pink/red - but I haven't purchased it because I was wondering if the pigment is as vibrant as it claims to be. Has anyone else spotted this display?
My local grocery outlet sells tons of drugstore makeup that has been discontinued for less than 3 dollars each. I recently saw a huge new Sinful Colors display at Walmart today. There were some hard to find shades in there which I don't remember all of them, but the one in particular that I saw (and purchased!) because I've never seen it before is Green Ocean and then I also purchased a shade called Tread Gingerly which I've never seen either. They had all six new colors (#13-#18) in the display & four of each color. It says Limited Edition on the actual display but the packaging of each ShadowEyez just said "New". They rang up $6.99 each but I had a 30% off shopping pass which brought it down to $4.89 each.
The new Sally Hansen line just showed up too, it was in a brand new floor tower type display. Last time I noticed most of the other new Fall collections were looking pretty decimated but it seems everything that's permanent was restocked, including: the Maybelline Color Elixirs, the Revlon Parfumerie Polishes, the Revlon Matte & Laquer Balms. I got a $3 off any Revlon & a $4 off $12 Cosmetics from the coupon machine at CVS so now is an awesome time to get the Parfumerie polishes since Revlon is BOGO50% this week.
All of the left overs from the Halloween displays were in clearance at my CVS & it looks like the bits & pieces from various Fall/Holiday displays that are left over are also in clearance weirdly early at my store - including the Maybelline Gilded in Gold collection blushes & brocade polishes, Wet 'n' Wild Spotlight Coloricon Nail Colors, Maybelline Volum' Express The Colossal Smoky Eyes Mascaras, etc. I guess they needed to clear space for the gift sets - there was a massive stockpile of the Wet 'n' Wild & Fergie gift sets as well as loads of perfume gift sets (which last year didn't start showing up until after Halloween).

Walgreens has a cardboard box display of "stocking stuffers" and in it was $1 lipsticks, $1 set of 4 eyeshadows, $1 lipglosses that were SUPER pigmented, LA Colors palettes for a buck .... just a bunch of great and CHEAP stuff!! :)
So...I think I just found two of the shades from the Buffs collection. I googled one of the shades and two came up on a website. It's a different packaging and everything. Never seen these shades before, so pretty sure they're the ones to be released in near future. You can find them on street fair cosmetics. Look up maybelline truffle tease or espresso exposed
At my local Big Lots! there was an end of aisle display packed with mainly Elf gift sets (brushes and makeup). I have a picture if you would like to share it with your readers.

My Kmart still has the Wild n Wild Pop Art eyeshadows, I picked up A Regular at the Factory tonight because I wanted the orange shade to wear on Halloween and IT RANG UP 79 CENTS!!!
So if you see any pop art trios at Kmart, grab and scan em, because they're probably a bargain.
Ulta is selling a new Real Techniques brush set! The brushes aren't new to the line, but it's a nice combination. It comes with the setting brush, multitasking brush, pointed foundation brush, crease brush, and i think expert face brush. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and couldn't snap a picture or ask about the price when I was there. Sorry, I'm not much of a help, but hopefully other people will have more definite info
I was at Walmart (looking for the new Sinful Colors with the Espionage themed names) and found a NEW sinful display called "Spice It Up." It contained Green Ocean (not new but LE and i've never seen it at walmart), Aubergine, Citrine Anemone (from the Breakaway collection) and what I think are fourNEW (at least to me) colors - Just a Pinch (very very light pastel yellow green), rose sage (rosy shimmer/foil), Tread Ginger-ly (looked like a taupe shimmer until i turned it and i think the shimmer is a silver with mint green/pink duochromy-ness), Chili (red crelly with red/gold glass flecked glitter), and Sin-amon (gold shimmer very similar to lingot to me, haven't compared them yet). it was VERY exciting!

The Maybelline color elixirs are under nail polish category... so if anyone is interested, do a search in order to find then... someone made a mistake at ulta.com :p
I saw a smaller shelf display of the Sinful Colors Decorate Decadently collection at Walgreens. I noticed it included at least one shade that I didn't see in the larger end cap display. It's a silver holographic bar glitter shade. I took a picture of the display that I can send to you if you'd like.

I was at Ulta last night and looking for the Urban Decay book of shadows when one of the ladies told me they sold out but not to be sad Urban Decay was coming out with a Naked 3 Palette and she told me about the colors. I was so excited!
I saw the same thing, It's labeled Silver Rainbows, which makes sense... but was the same name from a multi-colored bar glitter from the larger display. Very mysterious.
