San Diego girls! The new Wet n Wild stuff has arrived! I went to the Rite-Aid in Lemon Grove today and guess what I saw in their permanent WnW display? The Craze polishes, Intuitive Blend foundations, Mineral Foundations, Lip Shimmers and Natural Wear pressed powders! Yay!
Happy shopping! :)
What?? No way! And wait, there's a RA in Lemon Grove? Sad I didn't know that. Thanks for the tip though!
ReplyDeleteI know you usually blog about drugstore products but I took advantage of an amazing value at Sephora today [in UTC] and bought a Stila package of 2 full sized products: an illuminating finishing powder and a bronzer, for only $10! That is a $50 saving!
You know... in case you wanted to hop on by and take advantage of this offer. Sephora changes the deal of the week all the time so go get it!
Love ya, Recessionista! Good night! I've been abusing the "!s" today, aren't I??
Hey Shela! Yup, it's right across the street from the In-and-Out! There's a CVS next to the In-and-Out too. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip about the UTC Sephora. WOW, that is an insane deal--congrats! :) I'll have to get over there...or maybe see what they have to offer at the Fashion Valley or Otay Ranch locations. :)
PS: You never have to apologize for the exclamation points--I am a chronic over-user of them and I would never judge. lol. xo
Hahaha ah yes, no shame in that indeed. Exclamations galore!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure Sephora at Fashion Valley would have the deal. I liked their Smashbox eyeshadow duo for $5, but I didn't get the chance to get the Benefit concealer duo for $8 when they had it. I just had to get this one!
You know how makeup obsessive we girls can be ;) And Sephora has a great return policy so I don't have to worry about not being able to return things when I realize they're not for me.
Happy shopping, sweet.
That's awesome!! I can't wait to try the new Wet n' Wild stuff, and, being a San Diegan, I do love how at least I know my market has it already. :) Thanks for the update!!
ReplyDeletePS: And Shela, you're making me turn green with envy. ;)
Hey Shela! I agree--Sephora's return policy is stellar, although I've noticed that Rite-Aid's isn't too shabby either. Did you know that they accept exchanges and returns without receipt (if you're returning something, they'll give you the lowest sale price on the product of course, and they give you the money via a Rite-Aid gift card), and they also take exchanges/returns on hair care and skincare products (not just makeup like some other places). xo
ReplyDeleteHey Elizabeth! Yay! Another SD girl!! :) Welcome, and please feel free to stop by and leave a comment here (or email me directly) if you see or hear of any great deals in our area? I always love to know about those. Still looking for a good place to buy NYX products in our lovely city but they're harder and harder to find these days! Thanks! :)
Elizabeht, there's no need to be jealous-- you can take advantage of Sephora's sales too. I'm looking to try Sephora's lifting mascara. It's on sale for only $5 and god knows how straight mine always are. I swear they never hold a curl!
ReplyDeleteRecessionista: I didn't know about Rite Aid's return policy but that is utterly awesome. I bought Almay cosmetics last month and was really unhappy with them. The mascara was drippy and the brush a mess, the lipgloss and liquid foundation smelled terrible! I will definitely bring them back!!
Thanks for letting me know! You are a lifesaver!!
:D
Hey Shela! OMG, sweetie, you definitely need to return that Almay stuff! If you don't have the receipt you'll get the lowest sale price (and you'll get it via a gift card) but that's still better than just having it collect dust on your vanity, right? You can use that gift card for a few WnW Craze nail polishes at the Rite-Aid on the corner of Massachusetts and Broadway in Lemon Grove. lol! :) xo
ReplyDeleteExactly! I need to get those polishes pronto! Speaking of which, mine are chipped. Time for another self-mani! Love ya!
ReplyDeleteCest la vie!
I saw the Craze polishes at another Rite-Aid yesterday, so I think they're officially at all Rite-Aids in the San Diego area. Yay! Lemme know which colors you get? xo
