Long story short: I want to thank everyone who took the time to comment/email/tweet/etc. about this special offer over the last 24 hours. I actually heard about this offer last week, but at that time it was a blogger-only preview. So when I started receiving comments about it on the You Tell Me page yesterday, I deleted them because I wasn't sure if this offer was supposed to go live yet (apologies to those of you who left comments and found them deleted--I just wanted to be safe and double-check with my contact before sharing with the community).
Now that we've gotten that out of the way, I just received an updated email from my contact and I'm delighted to share it here with you today:
As you may have heard, Coterie.com launched their exclusive early access to members who signed up pre-launch. As we've noticed this exclusive early offer is in demand, we've decided to roll it out to our insiders today. This exclusive offer gives members $25 towards their first purchase on ANY Coterie collection launching on the site. This early access offer is only available through Monday, 9/17 12 noon EST! You can use the $25 offer towards our current preview offer with butter LONDON or any other future offer sold on Coterie. (If you love butter, you'll love what's coming next!)
Keep reading for all the details on this offer...
To redeem:
NOTE: if you get a "SOLD OUT" message upon trying to access the butter LONDON offer, keep trying. I've heard from a few readers that
they've been able to sign out and sign back in a little while later and make a purchase. It looks like Coterie is trying to keep these polishes in stock as best they can (obviously this is a very popular offer).
So what will this code get you? The following set + FREE GROUND SHIPPING
(remember, you'll deduct $25 from this price):
(OR THREE LACQUERS + A MATTE TOP COAT)
The color choices:
Three Butter LONDON nail lacquers plus a top coat for $11 and free shipping.
That's quite a deal considering that these polishes retail for $14 each.

I just got some butter london polishes during the ulta deal. I did sign up for this but didn't buy anything yet. I think I might hold out to see what else they come up with!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking about doing the same thing, because did you see the headline in their press release above? When I saw the words "obsessive" and "compulsive" I immediately took that as a possible clue to what they'll be offering next (OCC Cosmetics). I don't know if that's actually going to happen of course, but how exciting to have a HauteLook-type of site devoted entirely to high end beauty! :)
Deleteoooh I hope they have OCC! There's also a "coming soon" on the site that lists Stila, Kevyn Aucoin (yay!) and . . . something else. I forget what!
DeleteI was super excited about this, but it's US only (booo! Canada likes nail polish too)
ReplyDeleteI signed up a few days ago, but I didn't buy it because the polish choices doesn't seem to "wow" me. It is a very good deal though!
ReplyDeleteSadly, the polishes are definitely sold out now. I tried signing out and back in again several times and no luck. Hopefully they'll have some other great deals before the code expires!
ReplyDeleteI was so glad to grab this deal. I just checked the site and noticed the deal with the quick dry coat. I would have rather gotten that. Oh well. $11 for 4 BL products is stll amazing. I'm very excited to see what comes next. There's go any extra cash I might have.
ReplyDeleteIs it free to join or is it a monthly subscription???!!!
ReplyDeleteI got mine!!! So excited :)
ReplyDeleteoh man, i wish i saw this before it was sold out!! i would love to get a backup of AHTQ and a few others! $11 for 4 is like, cheaper then the cost of one bottle!!! hopefully they get some more good deals to use the credit on.
ReplyDeleteArg! I can't believe I missed two Butter London deals in a row! Facepalm, facepalm! I'm getting desperate for Wallis, but I just can't spend $14 per polish.
ReplyDeleteI didn't see any offers other than the butter London offer. Did anybody see any others?
ReplyDeleteLooks like all the BLs are sold out. Any idea if they might restock? ty
ReplyDeleteWill the credit show under my account until I choose to use it or do I just have to remember to use the code at some point in the future? I don't see it there now so I'm hoping I have secured one...
ReplyDeleteHow do you claim the credit without adding anything to your cart?
ReplyDeleteJust got the order through, but it was not free shipping. I pressed refresh a few times, and "sold out" turned into add to basket. I also didn't see a way to just accumulate the credit w/o making the purchase - can anyone help on that?
ReplyDeleteIt's charging be $4.99 for shipping....and I can't seem to apply the credit to the account w/o purchasing this time around either.... thoughts on solving the problem?
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I just signed myself up, but I'm going to pass on BL since I grabbed knackered and wallis from ultra Monday. I just really hope that's is occ next.
ReplyDeleteI just tried to enter the promo code, but it says that it's already in use or that it has expired. Also the shipping is still at $4.99. I tried refreshing the page, but nothing is working. I hope this gets fixed soon because I was really looking forward to getting these. :(
ReplyDeleteYeah the code isn't working for me either!!! I'm so frustrated because I have the polishes in my bag and I signed up yesterday!!
ReplyDeleteHey G, how do you get the $25 to apply without purchase? The polishes are still sold out, but if the $25 can be applied to future purchases, I'm just not seeing where we can apply it to the acct. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteCan we not sign up anymore? It says my e-mail is invalid....?
ReplyDeleteBoo....I'm not interested in any of the available colors :(. It seems to be quite a frustrating process to get checked out also. Not sure I going to care for this.
ReplyDeleteI just used the link and access code and there is no credit showing on my account. Is this no longer valid even thought it said until Monday?
ReplyDeleteI tried signing up Thursday and it's been sold out and no credits are showing. Too bad, I guess...
ReplyDeletei'm not giving the option to even enter an access code. Maybe it's just a way to get more traffic on the site.
ReplyDeleteI'm not even given the option to enter an access code just prompted to sign up...maybe it's just a way to get more traffic on the site?
ReplyDeleteI tried to place an order just now, and got the message "that promo code has expired". I just sent them a message. I'll let you guys know what they say.
ReplyDeleteIt's up again! But how to get free shipping?
ReplyDeleteBut as of now, 9/17 12:29PM EST, I have placed my order! The promo code worked, but no free shipping unfortunately :( Still, $16 for butter london is a pretty good deal! Separately the total would be about $56. Can't wait for them to come :)
ReplyDeleteI just placed my order and the promo-code did work, although the shipping was $4.99. Make sure you are using the code VIPMEMBER, it should work.
ReplyDeleteGuys the one with the non-matte topcoat is up! Also you don't get credit when you use the access code, you have to use the promo code VIPMEMBER at checkout, the other one was just to sign up before they went live.

ReplyDeleteJust got mine!! $15.99 with shipping.
ReplyDeleteJust did it & it worked fine! No free s&h, but $16 is still and amazing deal.
ReplyDeleteI was about to give up on this since I tried ordering it the past few days. But the Hardwear Topcoat set is still available right now!! *-*
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the heads up! :)
