Spotted: new CoverGirl Wetslicks Fruit Spritzers and Sally Hansen Moisture Twist 2-in-1 Primer + Color Glosses

Lipgloss lovers, it's your lucky day! I've got two brand spankin' new gloss collections to show you in this post, so let's get right to it!

First up, reader Melissa spotted the new Sally Hansen Moisture Twist 2-in-1 Primer + Color lipglosses at her local Duane Reade and was nice enough to share:

Sally Hansen Moisture Twist 2-in-1 Primer & Color Lipglosses
(retail: $4.99 each at Duane Reade)

"Super moisturizing formula instantly smooths lips"
"Made with Moroccan Argan oil"
"Weightless feel & texture"

Look how cool these are up close: they're swirled! I'm also excited by the prospect of a primer AND color together in one tube, plus I'm intrigued that they contain argan oil. Can't wait to find these!

Next up, reader LMC1971 spotted the following new CoverGirl display in CANADA and was kind enough to share. Just like the other sightings we've had from Canada, I do not know when we will get these in the US (but based on how quickly we've been getting other things that have debuted in Canada lately, my guess is that these will show up soon):

CoverGirl Wetslicks Fruit Spritzers

"Pamper your lips with NEW fruity flavour, a burst of shine and the smooth feel of a lip balm"

I don't know what's more exciting: these flavors (Caramel Apple? Lychee?? Yes, PLEASE!), or the fact that they're glosses that "feel like a lip balm". I am SO in.

But I do have to say, the packaging reminds me of the Maybelline Shine Sensational glosses a bit, doesn't it?

Thanks so very much, Melissa and LMC1971, for the fantastic scoop and pics!

Have you spotted these new glosses in your area yet? If not, are you excited to find them?

  4. I'm not normally one to get excited over drugstore lipgloss (or any lipgloss in general), but OMG at those CG lipgloss flavors! And they feel like a balm?! Here's crossing my fingers for a BOGO or BOGO1/2 when they arrive in the states so I can get the caramel apple and cranberry ones!

  7. Caramel Apple & Blackberry! YUMM. The lemon fruit spritzer that Cover Girl released a few years ago was my favorite. So tasty!
So so so excited about all the cool new products coming out in 2012.

  10. I'm excited for the CoverGirl Lychee Splash lipgloss, I've yet to see a lychee-scented lip product on the market! :)

  11. FYI, I just picked up 2 of the CG glosses on Walmart.com for under $5 each and ~$2 shipping. Much better than spending a bunch of gas to track these down! They're also available on ultra.com and a few other sites.

  12. Got 'Papaya Splash' today for $2 at BigLots and haven't yet decided if I'm going to keep it or not. It's pretty, a sunset-orange with golden shimmer (doesn't show on lips), but its initially strong fruit-punch smell fades quickly, along with its mildly sweet flavor. I need my glosses to be strongly-scented, and it's even better if they're flavored; and considering I could get 2 LipSmackers for that price, this could be going back to BigLots.
