The Weekly Drugstore Makeup Sales (8/21 - 8/27)




If you spot the Wet n Wild Fall 2016 collection at Rite Aid, CVS, or Walgreens this week, now is the time for a haul since all three retailers are running killer sales (see details below).       Possibly 10x points for Ulta Platinum members, wow. Just a hint -- it's never too early to do a little Christmas shopping (lotion, fun stocking stuffers, and so on). 10x points would add up FAST!

      Today I got a 10.00 coupon off 40.00 of LORAC from ULTA. Not sure I'm going to use it. They also sent me a 15.00 Egift card when I emailed customer service about not getting the clinique freebie in store. They sent me a "form" letter about not getting something in my order. I wonder if they even read the emails. I have a ton of points, which I was saving for the new UD naked palette whenever that comes out. I also love the Tartlette in bloom and Tartlete all matte when I've tried them in store. Crap, what should I do?????

        Definitely use some of those points for the Tartlette In Bloom. That's the only palette that I consistently use and get compliments almost every time I wear it. I'm ordering a backup as soon as I have some extra dosh.

      I tried ordering the MK gift set and it comes up out of stock (as of this afternoon). Ulta wouldn't let me complete my order without removing it from my shopping cart.

        Dollar Tree has some of the WNW eye brushes for 1$there is the angles, blending, concealer, and a shader think the large? Can't remember and some stores have more variety than others. But mine has four different eye brushes lately. Like almost two wks apart still in stock and restocked. I have a smaller store and only one. But some find them easier than others. It can be hit or miss with DT. But if mine had them think there is a good chance others do too. Depends on how many customers traffic they have in the store. A lot of ppl have found them. Good luck. No face brushes. Just basic eye.

      Ulta 10x points for Platinum members is live - it is for select products ( like just maybelline lip products and just L'Oreal infallible products, only body shop tea tree product etc)

      It is 5x's and 10x's for platinum. I activated it and went shopping $50 worth and it is only giving me 62pts. So I'm not sure what's going on.... I am platinum as well.. Any ideals??
