It's baaaack! The 2014 LORAC Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Skinny Navy Palette, which sold out very quickly during the 2014 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, is now available on the LORAC website HERE (all orders ship free, no minimum required). After this palette sold out at Nordstrom, I remember that it went back in stock briefly over at Zappos, but then it was gone again. I think it may have shown up at HauteLook a few times too, but if you collect the Skinny Palettes and you don't have this one, you have another chance.
