If you're new to this blog, you should know that home fragrance is yet another obsession of mine, and I sometimes post about hot deals for candles and the like. Which brings me to this...
Thanks so much to reader Sasha for letting me know that there's a printable coupon on the Yankee Candle website right now that enables you to get $10 off ANYTHING (in-store only) with no minimum purchase required. Valid now through 10/18. So basically, you buy $10 worth of Yankee Candles, use the coupon, and all you'll pay is sales tax (if your state has sales tax, of course).
Be sure to read the fine print on the coupon itself for exclusions. For example, if you opt to just use the coupon to get, say, one Wax Melt ($1.99) or one Votive ($1.99), you will not get $8.01 back. You'll just get your free wax melt or votive. So it would be much better to buy FIVE Wax Melts ($9.95) or FIVE Votives ($9.95) to maximize your savings. Another example: you could buy one Small Jar Candle ($10.99) and only pay $0.99 + sales tax.
Thanks again, Sasha, for the great tip!

Thanks, G! Just popped over to the mall and picked up extra wax tarts of my beloved Soft Blanket scent and some of the new winter scents.
Yay!!! You're so welcome! xo
I was so mad at myself for missing the BBW sale, but this makes up for it! Well...a little :)
Would this coupon work at Bed Bath & Beyond? Or is there another place that seels YC in San Diego (looks like Target is excluded)?
Bed bath and beyond employee here. They technically categorize Yankee coupons as manufacturers coupons, so as long as your purchase follows the coupon's fine print and is not expired you should be okay. A lot of times though you can't combine them with bed bath coupons or use them on clearance or sale items, heads up.
Thank you! I'm going to pop over there today.
I'm going today, thank you. : )
