New York, NY, May 15, 2015 – Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) celebrated this year’s breakthrough beauty products today at the 21st Annual CEW Insiders’ Choice Beauty Awards. CEW awarded 38 products across 37 categories, including cosmetics, hair care, bath and body care, skin care, lip products and more. The complete list of the winning products is included below.
The Insiders’ Choice Beauty Awards is the only beauty awards program in which the winners are determined exclusively by industry professionals who know the best in beauty. CEW’s 6,000+ U.S. members selected 210 finalists from more than 750 entries. Winners were selected from the finalists by CEW’s Board of Governors and a select group of industry experts.
The CEW Beauty Awards are the industry’s highest recognition for manufacturers and brands, and serve as a trusted guide for consumers to the most innovative new products of the year. New this year is the launch of the CEW Insiders’ Choice Digital Beauty Guide, the ultimate guide for consumers for what’s best in beauty. This interactive digital magazine includes winning and finalist products, expert tips from beauty industry insiders, trend forecasts and clickable icons to purchase products from retailers. Beginning May 18th, an online version of the guide will be available on CEW.org and an app version will be available on the Apple App Store and Google Play by searching “CEW Beauty Awards Insiders’ Choice Guide”.
“Every year there are countless innovations and advancements in the industry and we rely on these Beauty Awards to feature the very best,” says Carlotta Jacobson, President of CEW. “Our list of winners represents the most groundbreaking products, perfectly curated by CEW experts. We are thrilled to bring consumers the first-ever Insiders’ Choice Digital Beauty Guide to help them discover the most innovative products of the year and make informed purchasing decisions.”
For the first time in award history, there was a tie in the Eco Beauty Award category, between COOLA Suncare and Marula | Pure Beauty Oil™. This Award, sponsored by Givaudan, is given to a brand that has moved further toward the goal of sustainability.
CEW awarded T3 Whirl Trio Interchangeable Barrel Styling Wand in the new Hair Tools category. The category highlighted any tools that aid the preparation and styling of hair, such as blow dryers, curling irons, flat irons, brushes and other like products.

Did any of your favorite beauty products make the cut? How many of these products have you tried? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this year's winners.
I see I need to try the new GlamGlow cleanser and Dior Fluid Sticks
ReplyDeleteI'm a big fan of Korean skin care products, but I keep seeing high praise for Laneige's Water Mask. Does anyone have personal experience with the product? Right now the silvery bullet in my regimen is PocketDerm, but I need some extra moisture in the Sahara that is my face.
ReplyDeleteI've been using crest white strips and Sally Hansen miracle gel so I'm glad they're getting recognized. Now I want definitely plan to try the loreal instant eye smoother. I've never tried Flower beauty products so I want to give the mascara a go and I would like to try glam glow now that I know it's worth the price. Thank you G!
ReplyDeleteI am glad to see Love to Love scents getting an award. I love them! Also good for Drew Barrymore! Her Flower eye shadow getting awarded too!
ReplyDeleteI did not care for that lanergie cushion BB cream.
ReplyDeleteI didn't care for the Laneige cushion BB cream either - it felt really oily on my face and it never set. And it smelled very unpleasant. However, I did love the Laneige water sleeping mask. It gave my winter-dried skin a great glow and was not greasy feeling at all. Every morning after I use it I notice how smooth, soft, hydrated, and glowing my skin is, without *any* break outs from my skin. So rare! I'll probably keep purchasing it. Thanks for sharing these, G!
