Exciting News for Wet n Wild Nail Polish Fans

CORRECTION: The following display was spotted at Walmart (I previously indicated that it was spotted at Target). Apologies for this oversight!

I've got TWO exciting things to share with my fellow Wet n Wild polish fans today, thanks to reader @nailmattic on Instagram!

Spoiled by Wet n Wild Nail Color display at Walmart

You've probably noticed that the Spoiled by Wet n Wild line appears to be disappearing from CVS stores (it looks like it's being replaced by the new Pop*arazzi polish line). But did you know that Spoiled by Wet n Wild polishes are now popping up at WALMART? @nailmattic just spotted the above display at her Target this week and kindly shared some pics.

But that's not all...

Do you see which shades are in this display? Here's a closer look:

Do these polishes look familiar to you? They SHOULD if you've seen the Spring 2015 Limited Edition Wet n Wild Silver Lake collection:

Same shades, same shade names and even the copy on the display is the same:

I'm wondering if Wet n Wild chose to make these shades available at Walmart because they know that so many of us have difficulty finding the limited edition Megalasts at the drugstores each season? That would certainly explain why they chose to keep the same names (which I so appreciate--it makes it a lot easier to confirm as opposed to when shades are repromoted with different names). Whatever the strategy, I'm certainly not complaining!

I hope this is good news for those of you who haven't been able to find the Spring 2015 Silver Lake polishes in your area. Check your local Walmart ASAP for a display like the one above!

Thanks again, @nailmattic, for the great sighting and info. I really appreciate it!

  2. Ohhh interesting. I think I saw these at Target and I thought it was Sinful Colors in new packaging. That makes sense to me! I couldn't find the Pop Arrazi polishes yet... but I only checked one CVS that isn't really my regular one... so idk. Lol.

    1. I haven't seen the Pop*arazzi polishes at my stores yet either, but I have a feeling they'll be there soon since they're all listed in the CVS site now. :)

  3. I'm excited for everyone that have not found Silver Lake collection. I have the entire set. I found them 2 days after I gave up the hunt. Isn't it always the way?! I hope they continue to do this with all new collections

    1. I'm glad you got a display at your Target! :) WnW has been in the Targets in my area for years and years (full display) but I'm hearing from more and more readers this year who have seen the display in their areas for the first time. That's great! :)

    2. Same here... My Target never had WnW before...

  6. The last couple of Wet n' Wild LE collections have been unusually abundant in my area. I am still seeing the last LE collection often on the shelf beside the Silver Lake collection (of shadows and polish).

    1. That's great! I wish everyone could say the same...the LE displays this season seem to be scarce in certain regions. :(

  7. Now if only they could do this with the NYC limited edition polishes!

  8. They are super hard to find. I was told that LE collections were only at Walgreens. But I did find a fully stocked Silver Lake display at Rite Aid today.

  9. I'm wearing Wear Skinny Jeans as I type. It's a lovely color (more purple than it appears in the bottle, kind of a periwinkle), and the formula is really nice as well.. but the brush on the Megalast bottle (mine is the Silver Lake collection) is HORRIBLE. Cut crooked, extremely stiff bristles that scrape lines into the polish.. lucky the polish seems to self level and it came out nice but application was very trying. Hopefully the Spoiled bottles solve this issue.

  10. I'm glad these aren't at target since my target is 100 miles away! And I also never saw the silver lake polish collection so I hope Walmart will carry these here in Missouri!

  11. What is the difference between the Spoiled by Wet n Wild nail polishes as opposed to just the regular Wet n Wild nail polishes?

    1. The bottle, and the brushes were horrible when they first came out. Don't know if they still are though. Formula should be identical

  12. What's the difference in the Spoiled nail polishes and the Wet n Wild nail polishes?

  13. My Walgreens has been really slacking! Usually they have the Wnw LE displays shortly after I hear about them from you! Not this time though. I hope they will get it soon! No luck finding these polishes at my local Walmart either. I'm mainly interested in the polishes because I hear the shadows are hit and miss

    1. If you have a Rite Aid check there I've seen them in a few locations with almost full displays. Good luck!

  14. Well that nice and Thank u for letting us know. Just in time I'm building, crafting, DIY a foam core board nail polish shelf. There r a at least a cpl of videos in Yo Tube on how and very cute and easy and not a lot of expense. Right up my alley.

  15. Sadly, that means I'll probably never see them if it's Walmart. Their beauty section is horribly messy, and they very, very rarely put up any displays that aren't core. That includes all the awesome Pure Ice LEs

  16. Good to know. They have not been at any of my Walgreens. I heard Target let go of their NYX so maybe they are going to bring in Wet n Wild now, We only have like 2 Targets that carry WnW and they are far from me.

  17. Thank you times a million for this. I have been unable to find the Silver Lake polishes and it has been driving me crazy. Finally I have another place to look!!!

  18. I wonder if these are LE or will be part of the permanent Spoiled line? If there even is a permanent Spoiled line anymore.

BTW I finally found a full untouched display of the silver lake polishes at my RiteAid, but none of the Walgreens near me had it.

  19. I love the bottles and brushes on the Wet and Wild ones so much better. I'm still hoping to find the collection. I want the green one.
