Sally Hansen Fall 2014 Limited Edition Xtreme Wear Create & Ornate Collection
This feels like a holiday collection to me but since it's still August, I'm guessing it might officially be a Fall 2014 collection.
There are four limited edition mattes in this collection and four limited edition shredded metallic glitters (aka shards). Keep reading for a closer look!

- Dorothy over at Cool Polish blog swatched all four of the mattes and two of the shard glitters HERE.
- SJ layered Mind Your Manors in a jelly glitter gradient HERE. She had this to say about Mind Your Manors:
"Because these are glitter shards, they are a little jagged and pointy... I have one coat of polish, one coat of clear, and one coat of Seche on top, and there's still bumpiness. I can't speak for the other glitters, but application and glitter payoff was pretty good."

Third! LOL. I saw another last week. Posted on IG but not on blog. :-)
Saw this at my local walgreens yesterday and picked up blue blood, I had the feeling the shard glitters will be pointy and bumpy even after top coat so I skipped them, can't wait to try the blue matte
I spotted this last week at a CVS. Mind Your Manors looks cool and different. The red matte is calling to me. I may have to grab these with the next 20 percent coupon I get at CVS.
Oh who am I trying to kid, I will probably get them all! Even the green :) I am digging mattes lately. And the glitter look pretty nice too..., Some of those (SH ones, this line especially) look super awesome in the bottles but take a bazillion coats to show up as dense on the nail, so I always worry about that.
Rouge Red looks the same as Rouge Rush from the spring XW collection.
These Jewel tones and glitters are surely coming home with me!
I also saw these at Walgreens today. I was excited until I read there were shards. I agree with you, not worth the effort of trying to put on 20 coats of topcoat to smooth everything down!
Today was a good day for nail polish at my Kmart. My girl there hooked me up with a mint in box display. So fun! The glitters came home with me. Haven't tried them yet... we'll see if I need them.

I found these at Walgreens last week and picked up all the matte's plus Mind Your Manors.
USE A BASECOAT! I was so excited to try the matte shades out I swiped on two coats of Royal Shyness in the car(bad habit)and after two days it stained horribly. I've never had any other color stain like this; my nail looked like it had a yellow jelly mani stuck to it. We're talking we couldn't see my real nail beneath, it was so opaque.
Eight days later and my nail is still stained like this(no longer opaque, now more like a few jelly coats)despite soaking, buffing, etc. I am disappointed in Royal as it also didn't self level at all and was a bit thick. I'll still use it, but only with a LOT of a good base coat.
