NYX coming to CVS nationwide in 2014
So did ya hear the news? CVS Beauty Club posted this on their Facebook page about three hours ago:
I obviously don't know exactly when, but I would assume it will be at the beginning of 2014 based on CVS releasing this info now.

ReplyDeleteFinally... the places that sell NYX are so far from me! but CVS is a walk away! I am so excited.. I only own one NYX lipstick in Perfect Red or something like that.... and three Jumbo pencils and umm... the pore perfecter and oh the skin toned eye base... but I NEED MORE...
ReplyDeletemy only concern with this is that they'll remove their Milani displays to make room for NYX in much the same way that Target did. :( i'm in the very small minority not impressed with NYX products, so i'd hate to lose access to my favorite drugstore brand (Milani) because of it.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't want to give up either one of those! I would so love to see NYX at Wags though. CVS isn't the best in keeping their beauty dept stocked and neat.
DeleteDon't know about that, my CVS(plural) is great at bringing in stuff but in my opinion Walgreens doesn't do great deals when it comes to beauty items. I can always get one at CVS and now RiteAid.
DeleteMention it to the CVS Manager...tell them you'd really like the Milani to stay and you'll tell all your girlfriends to come to their store....try it!

ReplyDeleteI was quite disappointed when I found out that NYX wasn't coming to any of my local CVS locations. We honestly have about eight nearby. However, I was at my local Meijer the other day and they had a nice NYX display! Now it wasn't huge, but these are the items I remember it having:

Smokey and Natural palettes
Hot Singles Eye Shadow
Love in Paris Eye Shadow palettes (Only like two or three color selections, all natural)
Eyebrow Cake Powder
I think they had maybe a couple mascaras, don't remember which ones
Jumbo Eye Pencils (not all colors, but a pretty good collection)
A few eyeliners, don't remember which ones (But unfortunately not the Slide On)
The Curve
Face:
Shine Killer
Pore Filler
Maybe one foundation and powder
Lips:
XTreme Lip Cream
Soft Matte Lip Cream
Extra Creamy Round Lipstick
Jumbo Lip Pencil
Plump It Up Lip Plumper
Mega Shine Lip Gloss
Butter Gloss
This is what I can remember. I noticed right away the absence of blushes, loose pigments, and roll on shimmers (some of my favorite NYX products) and the only relatively new item they had was the Hot Singles Eye Shadows. Still, really happy to see a local place finally carrying some! If you have a Meijer (I think it's a midwest chain) check it out!
