OPI for $4.50 at Ten Dollar Mall
If you haven't been able to find those OPI polishes for $4 at your local Target, don't worry--I've got the next best thing! Right now on the Ten Dollar Mall website there are tons, and I do mean tons, of OPI polishes for $4.50 each.
I lost track after I counted 60 shades, but I'm guessing it's closer to 80 or 90 shades on the Ten Dollar Mall website right now. I don't know if this sale is also going on in-store, but if you live in San Diego (Ten Dollar Mall stores are located only in San Diego), I would definitely pop in this week to see what you can find.

Last December I ordered $250.00 worth of products from Facefront cosmetics that I NEVER received nor was refunded despite several calls, and emails that lead to me filing reports with the BBB & Attorney Generals office which they ignored. So now I am VERY cautious.

DeleteI also just called them today, asking if any of their stores here in SD had these polishes, and their CS answered on the first ring. The gal was very helpful.

While I went to my Target to check out the OPI of which they only had the ugly green, I saw in the makeup section holiday sets from NYX. They were as follows: 3 jumbo eye pencils (milk, strawberry milkshake, and black) another set of 3 lipglosses, and another set with the love in paris eye palette, mascara & eyeliner . The last one I saw was a lip set with a lipstick, lip injector gloss and I forget the other lippie. They were all priced $9.99 each.
