I can't stress this enough: If you find this palette at your Target and you don't see a clearance sticker on it, TAKE IT TO THE SCANNER AND SCAN IT. It could very well come up on clearance in the system, even if you don't see a clearance sticker on it!
Also, don't forget about the Sonia Kashuk Target printable coupon and Target Cartwheel coupon I mentioned here, which you can stack together if you're buying additional Sonia Kashuk clearance items.
Sonia Kashuk Limited Edition Jewel of an Eye Eyeshadow Palette
(retail: $19.99; clearance price: $9.98; 0.34 oz)
So let's not waste any time...on to the swatches!
No primer
No primer
Bottom line: For $10 this palette is AWESOME. A few of the shades are a tiny bit dry but other than that, these go on very smoothly and as you can see, the pigmentation is great even without primer (but they look even more amazing with primer).
I can't stress this enough: If you find this at your local Target and you do NOT see a clearance sticker on it, take it to the scanner and SCAN IT ANYWAY. It could very well come up on clearance in the system even if it doesn't have a clearance sticker on it.
And don't forget about the Sonia Kashuk printable coupon and Cartwheel coupons I mentioned yesterday (and like a I said before, you can stack those coupons together)!

Wow! So pigmented. Love the colors. ugh I dont need MORE eyeshadows... must stop starting at this post now. lol you are so bad to me... stop it!!! <3 jk love you.
ReplyDeleteYour swatches look great. ^^ I'm so glad I picked this up. Plenty of colors in a small palette.
ReplyDeleteStopped on the way home tonight and scored the last one. My Target's clearance was $13.99 but still worth it with the coupon I was able to use. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat I left target o man I miss it !!
ReplyDeleteI bought mine today. It's really nice quality, and there are some beautiful colors. I really like how she included the neutral shades at the bottom as well. I've found SK shadows to be hit or miss but these are all the smooth shimmer formula she does best. There were three more on the shelf at my store in lake charles, la.
ReplyDeleteI had this and returned it. It swatched great, but on my eyes it didn't translate as well, even with an expensive primer. Hope it works for others, though.
ReplyDeleteI bought mine today along with a limited edition Sonia Kashuk mini nail polish set and Paid $12.49 for both super happy!
ReplyDeleteUgh, is it sad that I'm considering buying this simply because I'm in love with that burgundy shade? Haha, I'm not even sure I'd use half the colors in this palette (I generally just wear neutrals), but they're just so pretty!
ReplyDeleteI did see it at Target on clearance but it was for $13.99.
ReplyDeleteI cannot believe the pigmentation of this palette! I don't own any Sonia Kashuk shadows, and I'm starting to feel like I've been missing out! Those colors look amazing.
ReplyDeleteI picked this one up, I mean for the price I couldn't resist. I also picked up the Fall Eye on Shimmer palette and a couple of brushes. I love her blending brush.
ReplyDeleteThese look really gorgeous. I'm so tempted now!
ReplyDeleteI can't get to a target until the weekend but I don't need this anyway. But I want it...what's a girl to do?
ReplyDeletei seriously have to stop following you because i'm going broke! lol thanks for these awesome posts...Love your blog and IG!
ReplyDeleteWanted to say thanks, just grabbed mine and it was the last one!
ReplyDeleteSame here! Thanks G.!!! :)
DeleteThese are gorgeous shades!!! hope to try these soon!
ReplyDeleteI picked this up today, gonna try it now. The liner pallet that she has is beautiful! Gonna keep an eye on that one!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you posted this! I haven't been online as much as normal but I still check your blog every day and I wouldn't have known about this otherwise. I went to Target asap and they still had 3 left, I was so happy and I bought one. I can't wait to use it! Thanks G!
ReplyDeleteWoot! I got one.
ReplyDeleteI picked up a different 12 color Sonia Kashuk palette at my target for $1.56 on clearance in what I can only imagine was a mistake on someone's part...the original price was listed as $5.99, though it is actually $19.99. Also found two Milani baked blushes for 56 cents each which is strange because my target does not even sell Milani.
ReplyDeleteScore!!! I guess some stores carry Milani and they sell it online. I work at a Target and when Milani comes in on our truck on accident (after I do a happy dance), it gets brought over to the price accuracy ladies and immediately gets marked down. Nice haul, though!! I think the Sonia palette must've been an error. But I won't tell if you don't! Haha
DeleteIt's such a shame these never showed up at my Target here in Canada, I really wanted this palette as the shades look just gorgeous! Great swatches and review as always!
ReplyDeletei snagged my store's last one today and also scored some other awesome goodies: 3 SH Instadri Fall 2013, a Maybelline Color Show polish (48 cents with coupon!), and the last yellow Phillip Lim mini satchel! every item was on clearance, had the cartwheel SK coupon, a Maybelline coupon, and my red card discount. OMG what a haul! thanks for the tip!
ReplyDeleteI snagged my Target's last one today (but for $13.98 clearance price— I'm in Maryland). Excited to start using it!
ReplyDeleteThe purple shades look identical. I wish they would've added a gold instead.
ReplyDelete:( I forgot the regular sonia kashuk coupon...but I feel so lucky I got the last one of this!
ReplyDeleteFound one today for $5.98!!
