New e.l.f. Studio HD Blushes now available for purchase!

A huge thanks to reader CiCiSparkles21 for the heads-up that the new e.l.f. studio HD Blushes (dupes for the Make Up Forever Microfinish HD Blushes which retail for $26),  are now available on the e.l.f. website for $3 each! And, CiCi also gave us the heads-up that there's a new code to go with them!

CiCiSparkles21 writes:
...I finally got a code for 50% off the entire studio collection at E.L.F!!! Max discount is $100. The code is only good till 9/12. No minimums specified. Promo code is ECD2

So if you want any of these new blushes, or the new Baked Eyeshadow Palettes, the new Full Coverage Concealer, Tinted Moisturizer or anything else from the Studio line, be sure to use that code ASAP since it's only good through tomorrow (9/12).

Let's take a look at these new HD blushes, shall we?
(from the e.l.f. website)

 Headliner

Keep reading to view all five shades...

 Superstar

 Diva

Encore

  Showstopper

Retail: $3 each on the e.l.f. website. 0.34 oz.
e.l.f. Studio HD Blush
Rich and creamy HD Blush naturally sculpts and highlights the cheekbones for a soft-focus effect that is great for everyday use. The Vitamin E enriched formula conditions and hydrates the skin for a healthy, radiant glow. Velvety soft, lightweight and highly pigmented color creates a long-lasting result for all day wear.

Directions:
Press down gently on the pump to release a very small amount of color. Apply with finger or a stipple brush to the cheekbone in a tapping motion and blend in.

Ingredients:
Isododecane, Cyclomethicone, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Cetearyl Methicone, Dimethicone, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Nylon-12, Barium Sulfate, Mica, Quaternium-18 Hectorite, Propylene Carbonate, Silica, Tocopheryl Acetate (Ve), Propylparaben. May Contain: Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Red No.27 Lake (CI 45410), Red No.7 Lake (CI 15850), Yellow No.5 Lake (CI 19140), Red No.40 Lake (CI 16035), Blue No.1 Lake (CI 42090), Ultramarine Violet (CI 77007), Manganese Violet (CI 77742)

Again, these are dupes for the Make Up Forever HD Microfinish Blushes. Very exciting! What do you think of these so far? Are you interested in giving them a whirl? Any stand-out shades? I'm seriously eyeing Encore and Superstar right now.

Thanks so much, CiCiSparkles21 for the heads-up and for the great tip on the code!

  2. Superstar looks like it would be a good match for my pale skin. ;) I just got a couple of the NYC blush sticks from the Dollar Tree, so I should probably try them before getting more lol

  3. All of them look so pretty and the price can't be beat. I want all of them but the lighter one look like they might turn a little ashy on me...especially the headliner....I thinknim going to purchase encore and Showstopper...maybe diva.

  6. TBH i didn't really like the MUFE HD blusher (I got a sample that was 3/4 size of the real one). it was very nice textured, but even after pumping it onto my hand and spreading out the colour before using brush or fingers to apply it, it was patchy looking. and the sample one both dried out and faded after about 4 months in my drawer.

i think i'll try the sonia kashuk ones sometime, now that i am finally getting into creamy blushes more. i might try these elf ones next year.

  8. I ended up ordering 3, but used the free shipping code as I didn't see the 50% one. Had I, I probably would have ordered one of the baked palettes too. Oh well, I don't need more palettes.....

  11. I just wanted to say that, that ECD2 code, I've been using it for months now and it's always worked even though it was supposed to stop working months ago-so I have a feeling it will still work after 9/12 but who knows. I use it for all of my e.l.f purchases :)

  12. 50% off code wouldn't work for me, said it could only be used by first time customers :(

    1. I placed an order on Sunday no problem using the code but tonight every code I tried worked and it wouldn't let me pay through PayPal....sigh. I'll call them on my lunch break tom.

    2. It would not work for me either so I set up a new account with my husbands email and my credit card info and that did the trick. My husband probably wont appreciated all the emails from ELF but he will just have to get over it. I just had to try those HD blushes. I got all 5 and 3 shades of the oil free concealer.

  13. Too bad I just placed an ELF order on Saturday, Headliner will have to wait for my next order :( any word on if these will be carried in Target stores?

  14. I did the same thing a year ago with their old 50% off code that Eefa Jude did with the old 50% off code. They use to take it again and again even past the expiration date but they stopped taking it when I hit the $100 savings limit. So it might not be working for people who have already saved $100 with other 50% off codes. You may be able to use it past the expiration date but I just included it just in case it did expire. Hope everyone can use it over and over and save more!!!! :)

  17. Anyone know if the container is clear so we know if that's the actual color? Diva looks awesome but is it a hottish pink, or is it one of those e.l.f. things where I hope for hot pink and get coral or something instead?

    1. yes, it looks like a clear tube to me judging by the photos here http://pinterest.com/pin/223139356508242278/ you can see in the photo that oe of the blushes has more product gone than the others and the packaging looks clear!

  18. Where else can you buy, for $24 (inc tax & shipping) a 6-pan eyeshadow palette, 3 baked E/S singles, 2 blush/bronzer duos and three HD creme blushes, but elf?! This 50% off is a great deal! I would have ordered a few mineral e/s but they are NOT included in the 50% off promo!

  19. I ordered Diva & Superstar and was able to use the 50% off. Yay! I can't wait to try them!
