    hmm... shipping cost is in my cart and it says that it's $50 minimum to have free shipping...

    I'm having the same problem...shipping cost is in my cart as well & it says that the minimum is $50. I've never tried their products & I've always heard great things, I thought this would be a good time to try.

    I just tried to place an order, too. The $5.95 shipping charge was there. I called customer service, and was told there was a $50 minimum order for free shipping.

    I am SO SO sorry, ladies! It appears that this offer ended on Monday 1/16. When my friend told me about it, I went on retailmenot to confirm, and they had the free shipping deal listed as good through 1/22 (which has since been removed). But then when I went on the TBS site, I noticed the offer said, "Good through Monday" and I assumed they meant NEXT Monday (which would support what I read on retailmenot). But apparently they meant THIS Monday, 1/16, not 1/23.

    I'm so sorry if any of you were trying to get free shipping after Monday and could not get it. :(
