Last night I posted about a new Revlon dupe of Deborah Lippmann Bad Romance that I spotted over on L's blog here. And then this morning, the lovely Yuliya was kind enough to share with me a bit more about this new collection, including a photo!

Revlon Expressionists Collection
Yuliya also shared with me a great article about Gucci Westman's inspiration for this collection, which you can read here.
From fashionetc.com:
The Expressionists Collection will be available in October 2011 at drug and mass retailers nationwide, and on Revlon.com. The full collection includes:
Revlon ColorStay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick in four new shades: Buffest Beige, Prime Pink, Ultimate Orchid, and Vigorous Violet ($10.99 each); Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick
in in three new shades: Sky Line Pink, Abstract Orange, and Violet
Frenzy ($7.99 each); Revlon Luxurious Color Diamond Lust Eye Shadow in
five new shades: Celestial Silver, Plum Galaxy, Starry Pink, Neptune
Star, and Night Sky ($4.99 each); Revlon LIMITED EDITION
Bordeaux in the Snow Lip Gloss Palette ($6.99); Revlon Nail Enamel in
four new shades: Starry Pink, Smoky Canvas, Blue Mosaic, and Facets of
Fuchsia ($4.79 each).
So if you want that Deborah Lippmann Bad Romance dupe, look for this display at your local drugstores and keep your eyes peeled for Facets of Fuchsia before it sells out (which I'm sure it will).
Thanks so much, Yuliya, for the great pic and article link!
Have you already spotted the Revlon Expressionists collection in your area yet?
I'm excited!!!
ReplyDeleteHey G! FYI: alot of ladies (including myself) have gotten these new Revlon polishes at Target not in a display but just over among the regular Revlon polishes! They even have little signs for the names up and everything- maybe they'll be permanent??
ReplyDeletei saw this at my local grocery store the diamond eyeshadows are stunning this collection is gonna fly off the shelves and i picked up the lipman dupe it is gorgeous <3
ReplyDeleteAffordableBeuaty: Oooh, thanks for the great tip, hun! Off to Target I go, tomorrow! lol! :)
ReplyDeleteI've found them at Target too in with the regular polishes. I don't think these are limited edition polishes. And they were only $3.74 last week. Not sure if they're still that price though.
ReplyDeleteThe fuschia one is nice I bought it today along with the blue mosiac one. The blue one doesn't seem to have a colored base like the fuschia one so I guess it might be good as a glitter top coat? The pink one was too pale for my skin tone as I'm normally very pale. Thanks for the info.
ReplyDeleteI did get the Starry Pink and have talked about that one. I saw the Facets of Fuchsia and chose Starry Pink instead. I'm interested in seeing the eye shadows and how pretty those shades will be.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I found Starry Pink at Ulta.
I got Facets of Fuchsia tonight at Target-- as commenters have stated, it and the other three Expressionists polishes in with the regular line of polishes. There is a $1 off Revlon coupon at Target.com right now, *plus* they're $1 off the regular price (not sure for how long?), so I got the polish for $2.74!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait for this to come out. I need facets of fuchsia.
ReplyDeleteI also saw the polishes at Target in the regular display for $3.84. I go the fuchsia and the light pink to layer over other things.
ReplyDeleteAs others have stated, I found the new Revlon polishes in the regular section at Target, with their own price tags! I e-mailed Revlon, asking whether these would be limited edition or core...it turns out they *ARE* a part of the core line! :D Hope that helps anyone!
ReplyDeleteHas anyone heard of Revlon's nail polish collection called Edgy Metallics? My Rite Aid just put out the display and I can't seem to find any reviews or swatches of the colors. Am I missing something lol
ReplyDeleteI called Revlon today and unless they gave me the wrong info. the nail polishes will be permanent.
ReplyDeleteI found Blue Mosaic, Starry Pink, and Facets of Fuchsia in with the other Revlon polishes at Target, no display. They're really pretty and dry on the smooth side for glitters! :D
ReplyDeleteIt is off to Target for me this morning! I cannot wait to get my hands on the lip palette. Hope I dont have to wait til October for that one, but I need the polishes!!!
ReplyDeleteI literally ran out to Target on my lunch break and picked up the Fuchsia glitter one (I had a $1.00 off coupon to boot!) and the silver-glitter-suspended-in-milky-pink one!
ReplyDeletePicked up Starry Pink & Facets of Fuchsia last night at Target. Both are lovely, but Facets of Fuchsia is the total winner out of the new colors! So stunning. They were $3.74 at Target, but Target has printable coupons on their website, and one of them is for $1 off any Revlon cosmetics item. You can print it twice, so I got the bottles for $2.74 a piece. Just wanted to share that with you all! They also have a $1 off any Sally Hansen color as well, so I picked up a couple extreme wear colors I didn't have for $1.50 a piece.
ReplyDeleteWhere was this collection spotted? I dont have a Target near me. Will Rite Aid, Wags or CVS have this colloection. Hopefully wags will, they usually get alot of Revlon LE stuff. The eyeshadows sound nice.
ReplyDeleteOh, and has anyone tried the Colorstay Liquid Lipstick? Ive always wanted to try it but never have.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely interested in seeing the new Super Lustrous Lipsticks! Especially Abstract Orange & Violet Frenzy. I hope Abstract Orange is really bright & intense & that Violet Frenzy is richly pigmented. Also hope they're not frosty.
ReplyDeleteRevlon's sky line pink is a dead on dupe for mac's secret lover lipstick
ReplyDeleteFound these on sale for %40 off at the Walgreens in Woodriver, Illinois.
ReplyDeleteI picked up two of the diamond eye shadows! so pretty! If you like sparkle then these eye shadows are great!
