Back in September, I was fortunate enough to give you an exclusive look at all of the new Jesse's Girl Mineralized Baked Eyeshadows (click here for close-up pics of every color and here for swatches) before they were available in stores. Well, I've received numerous questions since then from some of you who were excited to get your hands on these, so I'm delighted to tell you that I spotted this display at Rite Aid this week:
Jesse's Girl Mineralized Baked Eye Shadows
(retail: $3.99)
NOTE: As of today, these are not yet available on the Jesse's Girl website, so for now you'll have to look for them at Rite Aid. I suspect they will be available for online purchase soon though.
I am SO glad these are finally in stores, because they are absolutely stunning in person and all of them are highly pigmented (of course they're even MORE pigmented with primer--I love to use them with my Jesse's Girl Eyeshadow Primer) so now you can finally experience them for yourself. Yay!
Are you excited to see these in person? Are you thinking about getting any? I'd love to hear from you.

I spotted these in a standalone shelf display at Rite Aid and immediately grabbed the purple. When I went back for a couple more, the display was utterly pillaged, and rightfully so. This shadow has the shimmer, richness, and pigment of something much more expensive and seems to stay on all day with no shedding (I did use a primer). If they replenish the display I'm definitely getting more.
ReplyDeleteI wonder what took them so long? You reviewed these all the way back in September. They should have had them out before the holidays since they have so much shimmer and glitter they would have been great for holiday eye looks, especially New Years Eve.
ReplyDeleteThese were originally intended to be out in late 2010. Unfortunately, there was a hold-up outside of the company's control that kept them from being able to be shipped to Rite Aid, which is why they weren't released until now.
ReplyDeleteThey are becoming part of the permanent product line, as well.
