Before I start this post, I need to give several of you a huge thank-you. Many of you have left comments and sent me emails alerting me to the fact that you've spotted this new Jordana display at both Walgreens and CVS. I just cannot thank you enough for even thinking of me when you spot displays like this. I am truly honored!
And now a huge thank you must go out to my lovely reader, NerdyVixen, who actually snapped photos of this display at her local Walgreens in Florida and emailed them to me (btw, she went to three different locations to find a display that was fully stocked for this picture). Wow!
And it didn't stop there. She also sent me pics of the items she purchased, so that we can all see these pretty shades. So honestly, I need to credit this entire post to NerdyVixen because I have not even seen this display anywhere in San Diego. HUGE thanks, NerdyVixen, for taking the time to share all this great info with us. You rock!
So let's get to the pics, shall we?

This collection consists of six baked eyeshadow singles and six automatic pencil eyeliners. All of the shades are bright and bold. Check it out:

How gorgeous are these colors? I told NerdyVixen that I was insanely jealous that she managed to snag the entire collection because, WOW, these colors are beautiful and you can't beat the price, right?
Here's a quote from NerdyVixen about the products themselves:
They are vibrant (especially when used wet and then used dry on top of that), they blend easily, and are long lasting (I always use a primer though). That goes for the eyeshadows and the pencils.
I want! I need! Haha. But seriously, if I found this display in my area I would buy these goodies without hesitation!
Oh, and guess what? NerdyVixen swatched all the shades for us as well. How awesome is that?

She really meant it when she said these colors were vibrant! Look at that gorgeous purple shadow. And the liners? Wow.
So thanks again, NerdyVixen, for supplying us with these lovely, and super helpful, photos. I have a feeling a lot of us are going to be heading to our local drugstores this week to try and find this collection.
In the meantime, have you already spotted the Neon Alert collection in your area? If so, have you purchased anything? I'd love to hear from you!
OMGee! Those colors are gorgeous. I gotta get those colors. Great post, thanks for the pics.
ReplyDeleteIt was my absolute pleasure to share this information with everyone. Thank you for this amazing post, as well as the credit :) This totally made my day.
ReplyDeleteThey look really cute! I heard there was a ton of new Jordana lip glosses for like 1.99 too? need to find these!
ReplyDeleteWow! At CVS? I definitely need to make a trip down there and take a look. I wonder if they'll keep this line? I don't have the money to get anything right now :\
ReplyDeleteWant! Need! ahhhhh!
ReplyDeleteYay! I love seeing the neons!
ReplyDeleteWow those colours are great! I particularly like the eyeliners. Really nice and vibrant :)
ReplyDeleteWhoa! I love these! I haven't see these around town either (hey! I'm in San Diego too). So bright and cute!
ReplyDeleteWow! I'm in Florida, maybe my CVS(s) have them! I'm out traveling visiting my projects, maybe I'll check out a bunch for these gems. ;)
ReplyDeleteFor whatever it's worth, I don't think I've ever heard of this brand.
WOW! Thanks so much to both of you ladies for sharing them. INSANE pigmentation. Would love to see these applied wet. I can't believe how pigmented they are w/o a base too!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I really want the purple and blue liners.

ReplyDeleteIf you're in Florida, check your Walgreens locations first because that is where I found these. I haven't seen them at CVS here. Hopefully these will make their appearance in all locations. Oh and I forgot to mention one thing: the swatches were dry, no primer or base. Well, color me impressed Jordana :
ReplyDeleteWow, I've gotta get the whole collection like now! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteI called Jordana to see if they could be ordered online & they said no, only at Walgreen's, & I can't seem to find them.
ReplyDeleteI wish we had a Walgreen'a nearby! I want those so bad now.
ReplyDeleteMajor update ladies, guess what I wondered into Walgreens tonight & there it was sitting there on the counter in a display. I grabbed it up as fast as I saw it. I wound up going to two locations, but somehow I got the whole collection. I'm beyond excited, I haven't been home to swatch it yet, but I'll be back with an update when I do.
ReplyDeleteI was amazed by the beauty of these as well! i saw a display all that was left was the blue shade. First bought the shadow to try, i would get more use out of it! But its honestly terrible. Its so dry, i didn't try it wet, but it was really hard to get a swatch that was close to the vibrancy you see there. I mean i understand you get what you pay for, but other companies out there make it work for less. It swatched really pigmented but then when you went to blend in in took MAJOR pressure to get the brightness. I used a primer & a base. But the most awful part for me was that it stained my hand, fingers, and eyes! i never want to wear something that stains. Its just bad all around. May try other shades, or the liner. But for me the blue was a total miss all around. I am returning it tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI've been waiting for someone to try these before I spent my money haha. Awesome, I love the colors, they look way better than I thought! Great post, thanks for doing it!
