The Wednesday Question (late edition)

Yikes! I got so busy yesterday I completely forgot to post the Wednesday Question! Let's make up for lost time, shall we? Here we go:

What's your current ritual for removing your makeup?

Do you use regular ol' soap and water? A great cleanser? Makeup remover and then a cleanser? A towelette? Tell me tell me! I'd love to know.

  1. I remove all of my makeup with a baby wipe followed by Aveeno Clear Complexion Cleansing Bar = LOVE!

  2. I remove them with baby wipes as well followed by the cleanser + toner which was a limited edition from sephora.

  3. I use Costco's Kirkland Facial Cleansing Wipes to remove makeup, then wash my face with Olay's Cleanser (forgot what it was called), then pat dry...swipe LUSH's tea tree toner all over my face to remove whatever that's left over - if any. :)

omg - I love costco's facial wipes! You get 150sheets for under$12!!!! (Four 30sheet packs with a lid, and Two 15 sheet packs that look like the ones in the drugstore with the sticker thing...)

  4. Right now I'm lazy and mostly use my Biore cleaning clothes to remove my makeup. I also use my Nyx makeup remover if stuff is more stubborn.

  5. Hey ladies! Wow, I am so glad I'm not alone in using a towelette to remove my makeup! I love that you all do it too.

I am currently loving my Huggies baby wipes for sensitive skin. You can get a container at Big Lots for around $2.50 and they last me forever. Plus, since they're for sensitive skin they seem to be more moisturizing (they contain extra aloe) and the wetter the wipe, the better it is for removing makeup (in my opinion, at least).

I swear to you, if it weren't for baby wipes and towelettes, there would probably be nights where I'm too tired or lazy to wash my face at all (I know that's a sin and it's awful, believe me, but it happens!).

  6. Huggies wipes. I've tried every wipe out there, and I always come back to Huggies. So effective, and only $2.39 at Target when they're NOT on sale. Plus when I have coupons I stock up.

  7. I just wash my face with my usual face wash. I save the makeup remover wipes for the nights I am just too tired to wash my face.

  8. Hey! Well, depending on the amount of makeup I use either MAC Cleanse Off Oil (my fave) or Neutrogena Makeup Remover Wips. Then I use a cleanser like from Olay...mmm...the gentle foaming wash with aloe I think. Really good, it's like a cream but when I add a little water to my hand, it creates a very refreshing foam. =)

  11. Hey aquay--thanks for the tip about Huggies at Target! Wow, for some reason I never thought to buy them there but this is a fantastic price! :)

Hey Leigh--Yeah, if I wasn't so darn lazy I'd probably use my face wash more at night instead of baby wipes. lol. :)

Hey Beda! I totally forgot about how great that Olay face wash is! Thanks for the reminder. :)

Hey giz89--There's nothing wrong with using good ol' Dove and water. I love that combo too. :)

Hey Caramel Diva--Wow, you are GOOD. Twice? I can barely wash my face at night ONCE! lol. :)
