HOT New Beauty Sightings at the Discount Stores

I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the beauty sightings I posted about earlier the week (if you missed that, you need to CLICK RIGHT HERE and get yourself up to speed!). But now I have even more mind-blowing beauty sightings to share with you, thanks to some lovely readers. Let's get right to this:

Tarina Tarantino Cosmetics at Marshalls for $2.99 each

Many thanks to reader Jacqueline (@jaypeapaz on Instagram) for the above pic. Jacqueline spotted the following at her Marshalls this week, all for $2.99 each:
  • Eye Dream Hyperhshadow in Sweetzer (regular retail: $19)
  • Dollskin Eye Primer (regular retail: $19)
  • Pearl Glow Eye Primer (regular retail: $19; discontinued)
  • Various face powders and mascaras (not pictured)
Again, these were ALL $2.99 each. What?? Yeah. Mind: blown.

Keep reading for even more great beauty sightings...

Laura Geller La Dolce Vita 4 Piece set for $29.99 at TJMaxx

Reader Nika (@nikabershader on Instagram) spotted the Laura Geller La Dolce Vita set at her local TJMaxx this week and kindly shared this pic. This set includes a Baked Color Correcting Foundation, eyeshadow, blush, and lipstick. Nika mentioned that she also spotted the Summer in Capri set at her TJMaxx for $29.99 as well!

Limited edition Maybelline and NYC polishes at Dollar Tree ($1 each)

I was at a local Dollar Tree the other day and spotted some LE polishes that I had never seen there before. I'm sure you remember the much-coveted Brocades polishes from the Maybelline Winter 2013 Gilded in Gold collection (my DT only had Emerald Elegance) and I also spotted Sandstorm from the Maybelline Summer 2013 collection. I also spotted NYC Mint Macaron, which was from the Spring 2012 City Sweets collection. They also had a few of the Sally Hansen Passport to Rio Xtreme Wear matte glitters from the Summer 2014 Color Destinations collection, but I didn't snap a pic because I'm still traumatized by them after The Great Bubbling Incident and I do not recommend them one bit (sorry, Ms. Hansen!).

And last but not least, reader @pennywisebeautyfoolish on Instagram spotted the BH Cosmetics Smoky Eyes 28 Color Eyeshadow Palette at her local Ross for $8.99 this week and kindly shared THIS PIC. I know that this palette is currently on sale for $8.50 on the BH Cosmetics site, but if you're lucky enough to spot it at your Ross, no shipping fees!

REMINDER: Don't forget about the other Coastal Scents, BH Cosmetics, Nyx and Too Faced sightings from earlier this week, and also don't forget that Make Up For Ever palettes have been spotted at Marshalls lately as well (I've had lots of you mention to me that you're still finding them, so keep an eye out).

As always, if you have spotted other great beauty deals at your discount stores lately, I would love to hear from you!

Thanks again, Jacqueline, Nika and @pennywisebeautyfoolish for the great sightings and pics. I really appreciate it!

  2. You guys are SO lucky...the Ross/Marshalls/TJMaxx stores around here are lucky if they even have a few Profusion palettes... I've NEVER seen the stuff mentioned in the discount store posts from this week (I'm in the Lehigh Valley PA area)
