A huge thanks to reader Thelastvcr (love your screen name, by the way!) for this one. Thelastvcr spotted a brand new mascara on the Walmart website and was nice enough to leave a comment on the You Tell Me page about it. Check this out:

Color me intrigued! This product is not currently available for purchase on the Walmart website so, for the time being, we'll have to look for it in stores (I haven't seen it on the Target, Ulta or Drugstore.com sites yet either but I'm sure it will be available eventually).

Have you spotted this product in stores yet? Thoughts?

Thanks again, Thelastvcr, for the great sighting and info! I really appreciate it!

  1. Colour me intrigued as well. I'll have to be on the lookout for this one! I especially like that it's shown there in black-brown. Straight up black sometimes looks too harsh on me.

  2. This looks interesting. I'm going to keep my eyes peeled for it. Until I find it, I hope to see some reviews, soon. Someone, somewhere must have gotten their haot little hands on it, already.

  3. I need another mascara like I need a hole in the head. Which means... I'm buying it!

This'll be interesting to find out if it actually works.

  8. Yep, this is one I'll be on the lookout for! What a great concept, hopefully it works...I usually try to do my lashes like that anyway so if this brush is designed for a "wing" effect then I'm definitely on board! :D

    1. Exactly what I was thinking. I'm a nail polish, lip balm and mascara lover so definitely will be trying this. The original orange tube of Lash Blast and the purple tube of Falsies mascaras are my go to for creating that look right now. I'm excited!

  9. "Unique cocoon fibers"? Is this like their beauty tubes formula that doesn't smudge?!

    2. The Loreal Beauty Tubes is currently the only drugstore mascara I can wear. If this is a new one I would LOVE to try it out. If anyone can tell me of any other drugstore tubing mascaras that they know of and love that would be awesome!

    3. Hum...Double Extend is the only one I know of...

    4. I wonder if this would be able to hold a curl :o The beautytubes double extend is the only drugstore mascara that wont smudge on me as well, but it can't hold a curl to save its life so... looking forward to thissssss

  10. Pretty packaging so color me curious! wondering about the tubing effect as well or of it will come out in waterproof as those are the only types that don't smudge on my upper lids (deep set eyes) & hold a curl. hope it hits other stores too since I absolutely despise Wallyworld.

  11. Just checked out some Loreal Paris False Lash Flutter and False Lash Wings reviews and so far so good. Biggest complaint was the price. I love the before and after pics on some blogs. Now I'm even more excited to get my hands on our version!

  12. My Walmart already has an area for the display separated off. Same goes for a new variety of Baby Lips from Maybelline.

  13. This one is now on my radar. It would be nice to find a brown mascara as well. All I ever find is black. (Save for the new Maybelline colors)

  14. I like the name "butterfly". That's good marketing. Some years back they had a feather light mascara.

  15. I found it on a blog under another name 'False Lash Flutter', in Europe.

  16. Thanks so much for sharing! I really like L'Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes so I can't wait to try this one. Mascara is a weakness for me :)

  17. This product recently debuted here in South Korea and I purchased one myself. Around 16$ here but it's totally worth it! Its butterfly brush works, giving my lashes a very sexy and volumized look especially on the outer part! I dare say this is my favorite mascara amongst all the mascaras ive tried this year! Lengthens and volumizes! <3 <3 <3
