What's VERY interesting about this new display is that it contains just one new shade, but it also contains some rare and hard-to-find shades, as well as some core (permanent) shades. Take a peek:

Tip for those of you new to Sinful Colors: newer shades are all numbered in the 1,000s!

1000 Nude, 953 Unicorn, 1033 Pistache
1000 Nude, 953 Unicorn, 1033 Pistache
1000 Nude is new (not sure if it's limited edition or if it will eventually end up in the permanent collection).
953 Unicorn is an existing permanent shade.
1033 Pistache appears to be a very rare shade that was previously released in Europe. In fact, aside from the great pics on Emi's blog, the only swatch I could find of this polish on google was from this blog in the Netherlands.

578 Genteel, 1053 Endless Blue
578 Genteel, 1053 Endless Blue
If you google "Sinful Colors Genteel" the only photos of this polish that come up are on blogs from France and the Netherlands. It looks like this shade was only released in Europe and how did I not know until now that the bottle shape for Sinful Colors polishes in France look like this? So I'm going out on a limb here and saying 578 Genteel was previously a Europe-only release from 2011.
1052 Endless Blue was limited edition but I swear to you, I found this in the permanent wall display at my Walgreens when I bought it here (please someone, correct me if I'm wrong? I swear this is permanent now??).

853 Cloud 9 is an existing permanent shade.
852 GoGo Girl is an existing permanent shade.
If you're a Sinful Colors collector and you spot this display, the shades to get (in my opinion) are Nude, Pistache and Genteel. Yay for new and super-rare Sinful Colors polishes! Have you spotted this collection at your local Walgreens yet?
Thanks for sharing I'll be on the lookout for the 3 new ones. That would be great if Endless Blue is permanent, I need a backup because I love it so much :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen this one yet, but you can bet I will be watching for it! I love Pistache, that is a pretty green color.
ReplyDeleteBought Genteel on Sunday not knowing it was a rare shade and only recalled not having seen it before on the core display. I put it on a couple hours ago! XD The purple shimmer is noticeable in the light and it required 2 coats for a somewhat okay opacity... you can still see the nail line a bit with that. I think with 3 coats you will get full opacity.
ReplyDeleteI found Endless Blue in a Walgreens that I don't usually go to unless i'm on the hunt for something lol. It was in the permanent display. I was really surprised because I had never seen it before but was so glad I got it! I will definitely be on the lookout for this new display though! I want that green! ;)
ReplyDelete-I am in Riverside, Cali in case anyone else is looking for it.
Am I nuts or is Genteel similar to Essie Demure Vixen? I was just looking at swatches yesterday looking for a dupe of it, and I may have found it! The shimmer seems slightly less pronounced than in DV, but it's close.
ReplyDeleteI found Endless Blue at Walgreens in the perm display too! In various stores all over California.
ReplyDeleteI actually saw this display at Rite Aid today. I almost picked up Pistache, but it reminded me of Essie Navigate Her a little too much.
ReplyDeleteI am kind of loving Pistache, going to have to keep an eye out for that one. And Genteel looks great too!
ReplyDeleteALoveTart is wearing Pistache in her recent haul video.
ReplyDeleteI actually saw this last week at my local rite aid and I picked up pistache and unicorn. Very pretty colors. Idk why I didnt get nude but I may have to go back for that one
ReplyDeleteI've seen Endless Blue in permanent displays at both Walgreens and Target. Good thing since it's one of my favorite NP shades EVER. :-)
ReplyDeleteI need Pistache. I don't have any greens like that! I could swear I've seen Nude by Sinful Colors though, last year or the year before?
ReplyDeletePicked up Pistache today at Rite Aid. It dries almost neon bright, yet it is still a pastel. I have nothing like it in my 300+ colors :) I think it is way more spring than those olive-yellow toned greens that have been coming out.
DeleteI definitely want to see Nude, Genteel and Pistache in my local Walgreens! I've spotted Endless Blue in a couple spots but haven't been inclined to pick it up.
ReplyDeleteI believe Endless Blue is permanent now. It is not only in the permanent display at my local Walgreens, but it is at Target & Meijer as well.
ReplyDeleteI saw this display last week and picked up Pistache. I thought it was new until I googled swatches. It's a very pretty shade. :)
ReplyDeleteUgh! Looks like I will be hunting for Pistache! Looks so pretty. I don't recall seeing Nude in the permanent displays but I think I want that too! With Sinful Colors I don't usually hesitate getting all the colors I want when I see them because the price is just amazing and they really seem to last on me! So thanks for this!
ReplyDeleteSo on a lark I went to Rite Aid and much to my surprise I found this a picked up the Nude and Pistache. I don't normally gravitate to greens that are this dusty or murky but I bought anyway to try something different.
DeleteYep, I found Endless Blue in my local Walgreens (Wisconsin). Pistache is gorgeous, definitely getting that one!
ReplyDeleteI saw this at Rite Aid a few days ago. Along with a new display that contained a matte top coat!!!
ReplyDeleteI got Endless Blue from my Target's permanent display. Sounds like that's happening to everyone. :-)
ReplyDeleteI actually spotted this in Rite Aid today. Totally amazed. I bought Pistache because it has that pretty almost minty-green vibe but with a hint more warmth. Kind of like a more vibrant/saturated pistachio pudding green. Nude in store lighting looked like my yellow-toned skin with couple coats of self-tanner so it didn't impress me much. Genteel is pretty but I'm never as intrigued by pinks as I am by greens and purples. But seeing swatches might change my mind.
ReplyDeleteThis is a nice collection! I like the Endless Blue and Pistache! Is this available in Asia? Anyway, thanks for sharing!:-)
ReplyDeleteI also bought Endless Blue from the permanent wall display during the last Sinful 99cent sale
ReplyDeleteLove Pistache! Perfect for spring!
ReplyDeletei spotted this collection at ride aid this morning
ReplyDeleteI read this post right before I came to work, went on break 4 hours later and bought Pistache. So thanks for this post and all you Nouveau Cheap spotters! I'll be comparing it to Essie Navigate Her when I get home, but I've only got a mini in that one so it's staying with me no matter what :-)
ReplyDeleteI saw Nude, it reminded me a lot of OPI Don't Pretzel My Buttons. I already own that so I didn't pick it up needless to say Nude looked really nice!
I'll be looking for Genteel as my store didn't have it....
Pistache and Genteel look nice! I want to find some swatches and hope these show up in my local drugstores. ^^
ReplyDeleteI like Endless Blue and Go Go Girl quite a lot- I may just go and pick them up. I might pick up Genteel, too.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the post! I found the display at my Rite Aid last night and grabbed Nude, Pistache and Gentee! I'm wearing Nude now with some black stamping over it. Good coverage in 2 coats. And Genteel is super cute with that purple shimmer. Endless Blue looked really pretty too but I didn't grab it as it looked close to the Nina Ultra Pro Cobalt I have
ReplyDeleteI also bought Endless Blue in a permanent collection :)
ReplyDeleteI have Navigate Her and Pistache right next to me, and they are definitely not dupes - not even close. Pistache is a saturated, spring-y green with blue undertones - it really does look a bit like instant pistachio pudding! - and Navigate Her is several shades lighter, more yellow/brown, and more muted.
ReplyDeleteI love Sinful colors and JUST BOUGHT NUDE yesterday before I came across this article! Pardon my excitement :) Endless blue is an amazing color. Wear it over white with two coats and it is eye popping. You are going to get complimented and asked several times a day "what color is that?"
ReplyDeleteI found Endless Blue in a permanent display too. I need Pistache!
