If you read my review of the new Palladio Shadow & Liner Herbal Crayons, then you can probably understand how very excited I am to present this giveaway to you, sponsored by Palladio Beauty! I absolutely adore these pencils (sold at Sally Beauty, in-store and online) because they are just so versatile. You can wear them as liner, you can wear them for a wash of color on your lids, and you can wear them underneath your powder shadow for an extra punch of color. Worn under powder shadow, they are an excellent base to keep my shadow in place all day and night (I have super oily lids and they work extremely well as a primer for powder shadows on me). I also love the cooling effect of these pencils when you glide them over your skin. So basically, these pencils do it all, and I'm SO excited to be able to offer a complete set (every shade!) to one lucky winner.
