NEW DRUGSTORE BEAUTY BRAND ALERT:
The affordable cosmetics brand Bronx Colors is now available at Ulta HERE. Apparently Ulta is the only place where you can purchase Bronx Colors in the US. This is a new brand to me, but they're based out of Switzerland and you can read more about them on their website HERE. I did a little digging and found out that this brand is owned by Swiss Beauty; you can read more about the parent company here.
Thanks again, Sasha K., for the tip about the new deluxe freebie!
$15 off $75 coupon + 5x points for platinum + 5x points on nyx, loreal, and maybelline. Saved $15, spent $62, and got 577 points!! Yay!!!!
ReplyDeleteI totally forgot to mention the multipliers! Thanks so much--will add to the list! And yay! You scored!!!!
DeleteCheck your points and make sure they gave you the correct amount! When I checked out it said I was going to receive 585 but only got 484 then I contacted customer service and they said I should of got 256 more points!
DeleteOh G, it's soooo good to have you back!!! Thanks for keeping us up to date!!!
ReplyDeleteOMG Kathleen, thank you SO much!!! It feels great to be back--it's just taking me a little time to get my bearings so thank you for your patience! xoxo
DeleteIf anyone is using the $15 off $75, RetailMeNot has an online rebate for $10 if you spend $50.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the information, especially about the new drugstore brand.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, Ulta's done it again - brought over SOME of their products, but no nail polish. (See also Catrice.) Why? And of course, Bronx's site is very aggressive about letting me know I'm in the US so I can't order from their site....but I can order from Ulta! Um, anyone but me see the error here?
(Sorry to vent, but I'm so frustrated - Ulta, either sell it all or don't bother with any.)
It sucks that ulta doesn't bring over nail polishes. I imagine it may be because of how it must be shipped (nail products can't be air shipped I believe), but it's still unforunate. Do you have any Bronx beauty products you'd recommend? It's a brand new company to me and I'd like to try a few products. The blusher's look good. Have you tried them? Thanks!
DeleteThe NYX foundation drops are not really a perfect dupe of the CoverFX product. It's liquidy enough that it can be used on it's own, without mixing with another foundation or moisturizer, primer, etc. That said, so far I've found it works best for me when I mix a little with my AM moisturizer. I have dry skin and am looking for sheer to medium coverage.
ReplyDeleteI ran into Ulta today( thankfully, did not buy anything) and looked at the drops. Just an FYI, they are made in China, as well as the chromatic illuminating powder. I know a lot of people don't mind, but I wanted to put it out there. My Ulta also had the new NYC brushes. No prices, I price checked the fan brush and it was 16.99.
DeleteNice to have you back, G!
ReplyDeleteI just came back from Ulta and I saw their Real Techniques core collection brush sets are on sale for $8.99. A bunch of Eco Tools brushes and brush sets are also marked down significantly. I updated my emergency brush kit in my purse with the Eco Tools mini essentials set which is $2.99 today:).
The link to the covergirl brow mascara leads to the covergirl concealed, just thought I'd let you know (:
ReplyDeleteSo does "Bronx Cosmetics" mean that NYC is out for good? I noticed they're disappearing everywhere and I remember your post back last year...now I am nervous!
ReplyDeleteEcotools is revamping their line I just saw them post on their instagram today a pic of their newly designed brushes
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know why the NYX Hydra Touch powders are $19.99 for the darker shades and $9.99 for the lighter shades?
ReplyDeleteIf you spend $25 on Nyx products at Ulta, you get a free velvet matte lipstick in "charmed", until the 18th (I think?).
