    I want a couple of those eyeshadow sticks. I swatched it at Kohl's and it stayed on my hand for 2 whole days.

      That's impressive! I haven't had something like that happen to me since the LORAC Take me to TANtego liners (when I swatched those for my review they stuck around for two days on my hand)! Love those types of products with amazing staying power. :)

    This is my first time participating in one of their flash sales, can you add stuff to your cart beforehand or will it get removed once the sale goes live?

      If you have an account (which you can create on their site) I believe you can add items to your cart that way and they will be saved. But it sounds like they're having issues with that right now (see hizzcheck's comment below).

    Just FYI - I tried to log into my account, but it's saying there is no such account. I called customer service and they said this is happening to everyone right now. They said it should be fixed by 5pm PST.

    Thanks for the heads up! On TheBalm website, it says free U.S. shipping at the top? So I'm not sure if it is still $5. Just wanted to let you know.

      No, it's not free shipping during this event. In the pic in this very post you can see in the fine print that it says $5 for US. Hope that helps!

    Thanks for the heads up, but what you're really saying is, try to check out at 10am sharp, but most likely deal with the heartbreak of an epic server breakdown as usual. Lol. It happens every time and then theBalm kindly extends the sale to the next day.

    I was doing some pre shopping and noticed that they don't have the "in the balm of your hand" palette on their website. Bummer!! I guess I waited to long to pull the trigger and buy it :(

    I went crazy buying more than I need...well really I don't NEED anymore makeup at all, but it feels like I need it. Safe to say I'm a makeup addict and your site is an enabler. LOL! I have been wanting to get a few things from the Balm, but waited until they had a sale. I bought the Mary Lou Manizer full price at Kohls last year and love it. Today, I splurged and bought the Matt(e) Trimony palette, The Balm Jovi palette, an InStain blush in Swiss Dot and 2 of the Overshadows (the gold one and the copper one). I also love to gift makeup and picked up a Mary Lou Manizer for my niece's birthday.

    I had things in my cart from yesterday that were all gone today. There was no link to log into my account. No problem, re-added the things I wanted and checked out fine. I was able to get the custom palette and I am super happy.
