Yes, if you wanted two then you would have to make two $10+ orders
In the US, it's $4.99 unless your order is $30 and up, then the S&H is free.
you could split your order at $10 each and get two if you order separately, but you'd be paying for it ultimately with yet another shipping cost. It's just one per order.
