I discovered this quite by accident and was THRILLED to find it. I was searching for the Milani Anti-Feathering lip liner because it's a GREAT dupe for the Urban Decay Ozone 24/7 liner. Target had it (Milani is so hard to find in my area), plus I got 20% off, I used my Target card and saved 5% more and got free shipping! LOVE DEALS LIKE THIS!!!
