Thanks so much to reader @pizzzakitty on Instagram for letting me know that a handful of Tony Moly products are now on the Ulta website (nine total). I don't know if that's going to grow, but what's great is that these products are not considered prestige, so you can use your Ulta coupons (like this one, and also the online-only code 205730 for $5 off $15+ valid now through 8/9).
@pizzzakitty also mentioned that select Tony Moly products are now popping up in the grab & go section at Ulta (next to the registers), so keep an eye out for those next time you're waiting in line at your local Ulta. I do not know if Ulta plans to add a permanent Tony Moly display in-store, but that's something to keep an eye on if you're a Korean beauty fan.
Thanks again, @pizzzakitty, for the great info!
Love those tonymoly sheet masks. I'm pretty much out of reasons to shop at sephora at this point; I can get most of the high end stuff I use at ulta (which we actually have in my small town) plus their rewards programs is miles better than sephora's.
ReplyDeleteAwesome news! I know Sephora Online started selling TONYMOLY too! No idea if Sephora will have the brand in stores though.
ReplyDeleteI saw some of the TONYMOLY sheet masks in the section in front of the register at my Sephora in Augusta,GA!
DeleteOMG if they start stocking all the kawaii items I'm in trouble! I mean, LOOK at this guy: http://www.kawaiibeautycorner.com/2014/04/tony-moly-pandas-dream-magic-whitening.html I don't even care whats inside lol
ReplyDeleteThere is a Tony Moly storefront in Annandale, VA, in the "Little Korea" region. I have yet to check it out.
ReplyDeleteUlta may be increasing their offerings but they will never get the following Sephora has without revamping their ridiculous returns process. I know of many rouges that won't go in their stores from humiliating returns experiences(myself included). I am very particular of ordering anything online with them that could break during shipment to necessitate a return.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree that Sephora has a better return policy. Their website is also sleek and extremely easy to navigate while I find Ulta's site to be messy and complicated. Lastly, Ulta doesn't carry any high end or luxury brands such as Dior or Kevyn Aucoin, just mid range brands like Urban Decay and Too Faced.
