As someone who loses her tweezers on a regular basis (don't even ask how...it just happens!), I can absolutely confirm that Tweezerman Mini Slant Tweezers retail for $13.99 at most retailers (and that's without a mirror). Whenever I lose mine, it's a crisis and there's no time for bargain hunting. I literally jump in the car and head to the nearest drugstore, prepared to pay full retail. So if you're like me, you know that this deal is fantastic, even if you plan to just use these as a back-up. Get them while you can, because I'm sure they'll sell out.
