Sneak Peek: Revlon 2015 Nail Colors

Thanks to reader @sabina__t on Instagram for letting me know that Hollywood Life recently posted a sneak peek at some new Revlon nail colors coming in 2015. Check it out:

2015 Revlon Nail Colors

Here's what I can decipher from this photo....

It looks like there might be nine new core shades added to the Revlon lineup (the colors in the back of the photo) and you can see those swatched on the nail wheel in the foreground (to the right).

As for the polishes on the gold tray, I zoomed in as best I could and I believe that the text printed on the caps says "Transforming Effects" (I googled "Revlon Transforming Effects" and found nothing but trademark info, but that trademark info does solidify that this is what the cap actually says).

So I'm guessing that "Transforming Effects" will be the name of a limited edition(???) collection of glitters and what looks to be a new top coat that will perhaps provide the "transforming effect"? I have no idea what these will transform into, but I'm dying to find out!

Color me intrigued. How about you? Any guesses as to what the Transforming Effects will be?

Thanks again, @sabina__t, for the great tip!

  1. Ooo, pretty! Love that green! Transforming topcoats? Maybe different finishes? Like holo, matte, iridescent, who knows, but good to know something new is coming down the pike...

    1. L'Oreal did transforming topcoats awhile ago, but LE I think, so hopefully they're different than those which were meh. Cool glitters or something new and different would be great!

  2. I'm intrigued. I've always liked Revlon for an inexpensive drugstore option for nail polishes.
