The Lipstick League - week of 8.18.14

Lipstick Question of the Week

If you could only wear one nail color for Fall 2014, which shade would it be?

G's answer: Just one? Oh, the torture. Lately I've been into blurples (blues that look purple) so I think I'd go with Sinful Colors Mesmerize. But I'm also getting back into greys again, and I have my eye on the new Zoya Yuna. If I owned it, I would probably be wearing the heck out of it right about now.

  1. G, you NEED Zoya Yuna! I just swatched it for my post later this week and it is safe to say that I own nothing like it. I think everyone should have it in their collection. :)

  2. I have Mesmerize and it makes me think a bit of Rimmel's Barmy Blue, which I love. I don't know if I could commit to one shade of polish, though. It might be Sinful Colors' Winterberry, but more likely a shadowy-shimmery green, or a shimmery gray.

  3. I didn't really want to answer this one, but wth. If I can cheat a little and pick 2 colours for a lt/dk/lt/dk ombre, then I would go w/ Sinful Colors Skylark and China Glaze Peachy Keen. If that is too much of a rulebreaker and I havetohaveto choose one, I guess it would be Deborah Lippmann Modern Love.
