@k4hurricane1 purchased the Bella Blue Lip Art Lip Color and she said that it has a metallic finish (you can kind of see that in the image on the display above). She said that she required three or four swipes to get good color on her lips.
As for the nail color, I believe this is a blackened base with fine teal glitter. Reader Chitra posted some close-up pics of the entire collection over on her blog here, and you can get a closer look at the polish there.
I haven't received any official press info from Milani about this collection yet, but I will let you know as soon as I have more info. If I had to guess, I would say this collection will probably be like the Limited Edition Matte Bronzers, meaning they'll be available in select Walgreens stores and also on the Milani website. As of the time of this post, the Bella Blue Collection is not yet in the Limited Edition section on the Milani site, but hopefully it will be soon! Again, I'll let you know the minute I get more info.

OMG!!!! I am soooo freakin' stocked! I have gotten heavy into blues the past few years! I can't wait :)
I still haven't seen any Milani products at the three Walgreens locations near my house. :( I hope this isn't a Walgreens exclusive.
Just picked up the polish at Walgreens. It's gorgeous. It's a pretty close dupe for Spoiled - The Parking Meteor Expired and Jessica - Casablanca. But it's a bit more on the blue side than either of those.
I want that blue lipstick. Its calling my name.
I'm really interested in that dark blue mascara. I hope one of my wags gets these, they've been very sparse on the LE collections this year

I purchased the entire collection today except for the polish....everything was only $3.99 ea and I loveeee the mascaras! This entire collection is a must buy!
So I bought the darkest blue mascara Bella Blue the other day (I couldn't believe I found this, and by accident too). It applied nicely and gave me some dark blue color and length to my lashes but no real volume to speak of with 2 coats. 4 hours later and it is flaking into my eyes so badly that I am trying to figure an easy way to get it off and reapply something else. I am at work and don't carry a bunch of make up just a half dozen lippies. Anyway I just wanted to put it out there that this so uncomfortably flaky for me. I wish I could take it off ASAP but looks like I have to suck it up for another 4 hours.
