I just received details about the newest collection from China Glaze (in stores this February) and it's chock full of glitters, which means I kept the bottle shot images as large as possible so that you could better see the detail in each polish. Take a peek and let me know your thoughts!

Are these clear + glitter or are they colored polishes?
ReplyDeleteThese are cute but don't look too unique. Seeing them on nails might make them more enticing. Of course I'm still insane over milky glitters, wanting to wear those all the time at the moment...
ReplyDeleteI'm curious about the bits and pieces bits. I think I'll need to see swatches before making an opinion. they seem to hint that this is different from "regular" glitters?
ReplyDeleteThey look an awful lot like the Sequins collection that Maybelline released a while back-- so, not super unique. That being said, I LOVE glitters like this! Excited to see swatches of these!
ReplyDeleteThese do look pretty... but I'm not a huge glitter fan, so I'll have to wait and see if swatches lure me in. I'm glad it's a glittery collection that's not doing much for me, because I have been purchasing way too many polishes in the last few weeks. China Glaze has just made too many gorgeous, tempting colors for me to resist.
ReplyDeleteI bet these will look better in person too.
ReplyDeleteThe blue, violet, red and green are all screaming my name--thanks for the big bottle shots, G!
ReplyDeleteLove them all, but nothing new. So much glitter out there already. NO p[roblem resisting these!
ReplyDeleteI bet the "bitz n Pieces" are the same as the shard-type glitter that quite a few indie makers use in their collections. China Glaze has really been following that trend lately! (even though I thought the ones in the Cirque collection missed the mark, with the exception of Trapeeze of course!)
ReplyDeleteThese remind me of Orly Flash Glam polishes - especially the purple and blue ones.
ReplyDeleteWhen I read "Bitz 'N Pieces", the first thing I thought of was Kibbles 'n Bits, and now I'm humming the Meow Mix jingle. Probably not what the ad agency had in mind. :P
ReplyDeleteI must have that first blue one. :)
ReplyDeleteI've never worn glitter polish much but the blue does look tempting. I don't think I've ever seen this brand in a store though!
ReplyDeleteI might need to have that pink & black glitter.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to see swatches. I'm getting tired of glitter... unless it is linear holographic.
ReplyDeleteOn one hand, China Glaze makes some of the best glitter polishes. On the other hand, just seeing bottle shots makes it seem blah. Maybe all the pieces will give it more dimension or something...
ReplyDeleteThat purple one looks really pretty. Eagerly awaiting swatches! Thanks for sharing the news.
ReplyDeleteSilver and black glitter? Yes please!
