Matte lipstick lovers rejoice! I can't 100% confirm just yet because I haven't swatched these new Fergie Centerstage Collection Lip Colors but, judging from the tubes, I think that nine out of the ten shades in this range are mattes. Here's your preview:
Wet n Wild Fergie Centerstage Perfect Pout Lip Colors
Keep reading for more pics and details...
Fergie Daily, Bebot Love, V.I. Pink, Penthouse Sweet, Old School Glam
Saraghina, Fuchsianista, D-Vinely Chilled (possibly the only shimmer in this collection), Ferguson Crest Cabernet, Pagan Angel
The actual lipsticks remind me very much for the Wet n Wild Megalast lipsticks (same shape) but as you can see, the tubes are larger:
Left: Wet n Wild Fergie Centerstage Perfect Pout Lip Color (0.12 oz)
Right: Wet n Wild Megalast Lipstick (0.11 oz)
Swatches and full review coming soon...

Love the colors, but looks like they don't fit all the way into the tube! I always end up nicking the lipstick against the edge of the cover :(
ReplyDeleteStill, there are a few colors that look exciting, can't wait to see the swatches!
I've swatched a bunch of these, and they have a glossy finish - no shimmer, but not matte. I love them so much, one of the best wet n wild products I have tried!

AND FROM A DRUGSTORE BRAND NO LESS.
I love you wet n wild
I want that one just for the name. Don't know what I'd ever do with black lipstick though. I remember getting the cheap wet'n'wild Halloween black lipsticks when I was in high school.
ReplyDeleteBlack lipsticks mixes nicely w red lipstick to make traditional reds more "vampy-vixen-esque". Like turning a cherry red into wine, just makes the shade darker.
DeleteI use black lipstick to tone down brighter shades and to salvage ones that are a bit too light for my skintone.
DeleteGlossy finish and no shimmer! MOTHER LODE!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, everything new from Wet 'n Wild looks simply amazing! I can't wait to try these! xoxo
ReplyDeleteA core collection BLACK LIPSTICK from a drugstore brand...

ReplyDeleteWhen do you think this collection will hit the stores, and are they limited edition or exclusive to a certain store? Thanks for your blog, keep up the good work :)

ReplyDeleteEeeeee! These look gorgeous! I hope these are the same formulation as the Megalast lipsticks. Cherry Picking is a staple, both for the color payoff and the feel.
ReplyDeleteOh I can't wait! I see several shades that I already want to pick up. And for the bargain price, I will be able to get them all.
ReplyDeleteI just got one in Ferguson Crest Cabernet and I LOVE IT! Plus in the display they have a $1 off manufacturer coupon so I had to get it, at least one. I saw the black lipstick I first I thought it was like a deep purple or red but when I saw it I was like WTF this ain't halloween but reading some of the comments here the black might be very useful! :D
ReplyDeleteOoooh!!! Yummy pouts coming up!!
ReplyDeletePicked these up today!
