Attention Pure Ice Nail Polish fans! In 2013, 28 shades of Pure Ice will be discontinued (four will be renamed). Pure Ice will also launch 29 NEW shades in early 2013 to replace the discontinued shades. I don't know (yet) the names of those shades, but let's hope that at least some of them are from the Limited Edition Runway Trends Collection (fingers crossed).
Say goodbye to Lilac Mist, Scandal, Jaguar, Silver Mercedes (will be renamed) and First Time

I can't believe I have never tried this line of polish. These colors look lovely.
ReplyDeleteI have watermelon ice and mint dream.. I will forever cherish them lol..
ReplyDeleteI am hoping Revlon turns this line into the new version of Streetwear. They seem to be doing interesting things already with the limited edition polish they put out recently. I am still looking for them at my Walmart as I am really interested in the velour ones. Keep it up Revlon!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if I have any of this brand. Where are they sold?
ReplyDeleteI love Pure Ice polishes. Despite the cheap price tag, Pure Ice has beautiful colors with a very nice formula. I really think I should try to find Lilac Mist, Superstar and Iced Merlot (and maybe Scandal).
ReplyDeleteThe more of them I get, the more impressed I am, especially for such a budget polish!
ReplyDeleteIt's a shame Walmart doesn't sell the Pure Ice polishes on their site. The brand would do better business if they did & I'd have way more colors.
ReplyDeleteI love the iced copper! I just discovered it this week and its lovely!
ReplyDeleteI assumed the colors would always be around . . . sigh! Guess I'd better pick up "Coral Reef" which I'd been eyeing for ages now! Thanks for the tip! :)
ReplyDeleteI just wish they'd discontinue Busted... I bought it because it was beautiful, but in ten coats it wasn't opaque, and I'd hate to think of it tricking other people. Sigh...
ReplyDeleteLol @ "grumpy bear blue" awesome color description G!
ReplyDeleteBusted is an amazing polish for gradients and layering! Just like Heartbreaker.
ReplyDeleteI am pretty disappointed that French Kiss is being discontinued. It's such a great blue, perfect formula. If you're careful it's a one-coater, and it pairs really well as "underwear" for Strapless, a very finely milled blue glitter in a clear base.
I am sad to see Oh Baby be discontined..i love that color.it is a sheer shimmering irradescent blue that when put on top of any other color just enhances it....i love this polish line so much i have so many colors........had no idea Revlon bought them out...i pray their price stays reasonable
ReplyDeleteSally Hansen Hard As Nails "Walk the Plank" is very similar to the discintinued Pure Ice "Honey Do", which was my favorite
ReplyDeleteOoh good to know! Honey do is my fav!
DeleteDoes anyone know a dupe for pure ice's mint dream?
