ReplyDeleteThe kit without selecting a nail color is $25 but when you add the nail color it is $39 ($25 + $14 = $39)
ReplyDeleteDrSuuz is correct. Also note that the kit, including the lacquer is also $39 at Ulta. If you get the kit without the lacquer, it's $25.
