The Wednesday Question

I haven't asked this question in a while but, with summer upon us, I think it's a good time to ask it again:

What drugstore polishes do you enjoy wearing on your toes in the summertime?

When I think of summertime and pedicures, I always think of Sally Hansen Pacific Blue. I just love the way that color looks on my toes, especially with a super shiny top coat like Seche Vite.

  3. Not sure if OPI is technically "drugstore" but I love Tickle My France-y on my toes. It looks so nice and clean:) For a true drugstore polish... Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in Shrimply Devine.

  6. So many to choose from! OPI Mod About You is my go-to color for fingers and toes any time of the year. I also love Essie Cute As a Button for toes in the summer. Also, even though I haven't tried it yet, I purchased Julie G "Bikini" and I have a feeling I'm going to love it for the summertime...a gorgeous peach leaning NEON pink :)

  7. I don't pay that much attention to seasons when I choose a nail polish. I usually love deep, saturated colors, or holographic or duochrome, or all three! Right now, I am wearing Wet n Wild Believe Me, It's Real on my toes.

  9. Right now I am wearing Sally Hansen jewel overcoat on both fingers and toes in "ring-a-ding". I slather it on bare nails for an almost opaque coverage.. it looks like piles of copper pennies at the bottom of a wishing well, absolutely gorgeous. Goes with everything, and super shiny-glittery. Medium to large octagonal glitter in shades of gold, copper, and a pale gold. It's fun enough to be casual, pretty enough to be dressy.

I also like Wet n Wild's In need of refreshment which is an awesome mint and last but not least, looking for to Essie's smooth sailing on my toes as well... One of the very few light blues that actually work with my skintone.

  13. i kind of hate my toes, so i usually stick with browns or nudes all summer long. (makes it easier to wear tons of bright colors on my nails without worry about coordinating!) this summer has been elf polish in champagne--it's this lovely brown-rose with modest shimmer.

  17. I'm obsessed with Sinful Colors! They have this pretty coral shade that I adore. I gravitate to neon colors. My bf loves french but thats too boring for me (been there done that)!! Bright and bold colors is what I like.

  18. Right now I'm loving Sinful's Island Coral, so summery! But I jump around, I can't stick with one. Next maybe Revlon Charming, a delicate purple!
