Interesting! I didn't even know that Payless carried cosmetics, let alone nail polish. This led me to a Google search of the brands and pictures of swatches and new colors that I now want :P

ReplyDeleteI have worked for payless for years. While working there I bought all of the cosmetics etc that they carry. Let me say this, if you can afford their crazy prices go to a store that specifies in selling cosmetics or buy name brand from your local drug store. The payless make up is cheap (doesn't apply well at all) and the nail polish peels off like plastic after a day or so.
