New Sephora JC Penney coupon and a drugstore nail stamper kit for $9.99?
- A nail stamper kit with five plates (Konad dupes) for just ten bucks at Rite Aid? YEP! Apparently this kit, called "Salon Express", is popping up in the As Seen On TV section of Rite Aid stores and you can get all the details (with great pics) here. A huge thanks to Caitlin of Something Creative for this one! I am SO finding (and buying) this.
- Thanks to reader flagrl561 for the heads up about this one: now through 11/29, print this coupon, take it to your local Sephora inside JC Penney and snag a deluxe sample of NARS Pro-Time Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base with any Express Service at the Beauty Studio. I haven't visited a JC Penney Beauty Studio for services before, but I'm assuming the Express Services are less expensive than the regular services?
- One more tidbit: reader lisa.maria recently spotted a new Conair version of the Clarisonic at her local CVS. Has anyone spotted or tried this out yet? Also, has anyone tried the Olay version? Thoughts?
This is also available on sallybeauty.com though I have not seen it in either of my local Sally Beauty stores.

i saw the stamping kit on TV but i was sure the plates would have ugly, tacky images. now that i've seen pics of them, i think i'll head on over to Rite Aid and pick up one of these kits, even though one of the plates is one i already have. i love my Konad plates so i can't possibly pass this up! thanks for posting!
ReplyDeleteI bought the stamper kit yesterday at cvs. my plates however are different from the pictures. mine have mostly single images of flowers. i have plates s18-22. maybe each retailer gets a different selection of plates?
ReplyDeleteI think the express service is the free make over they can give you. All of the freebies I've gotten in the mail from sephora that need to be redeemed in store require you get one but none of the girls force you to get one and it's pretty much an option. I think you should be able to get out of it unless your worker is just very pushy etc.
ReplyDeleteI want to try the stamping kit, I already have some of the plates from Konad but I want to try the stamper.
ReplyDeleteThe same stamping kit is available online at Sally beauty supply.
The stamping kit is a great deal. I'm going to get it for the double-ended stamper; that alone goes for around $8 on eBay. Besides, you can never have too many stamping plates or polishes, right? =)
ReplyDeleteI have the Olay version of the Clarisonic and love it! The brush head is a little smaller which is good and bad. Bad because it takes longer to get your entire face clean but good because it can really clean in all the small spaces around your nose. I personally haven't tried the Clarisonic but I have heard reviews that they prefer the Olay version more because the brush head actually spins and exfoliates better than the Clarisonic thats brush just vibrates. Hope this help :]
ReplyDeleteOh, I will be picking this up for sure!

i just found the stamping set at my rite aid too!! i've been wanting to try konad stamping, but wasnt sure if i'd have the patience lol but i love this set so much i went back and bought a set for my sister!! it actually works pretty nicely!! and $9.99 is SUCH a bargain! :-D
ReplyDeleteI saw this stamping set on TV too and looked all over the internet for it! Couldn't find it and didnt remember the site that was listed on the infomercial. I am totally going to keep my eyes peeled for it! WOO HOO!!
ReplyDeleteThe Express Service is optional and it's free. I think it's like an informational mini makeover where they introduce you to new products. It has never been mandatory for me and never has come up before. I got the Nars item with no hassle! These freebies do go fast though!
ReplyDeleteI use the Olay Pro X every other night to help exfoliate before my night routine. I think it does a great job. I stopped using the exfoliating cleanser that came with my brush because it was too harsh for me. Some redness is to be expected with the brush but I felt the cleanser was too intense for my sensitive skin. I use the brush with almost no pressure, letting it do the work. I'll definitely continue using it. Olay has coupons here: http://www.olay.com/olay-coupons
ReplyDeleteI just ordered Shany stamping plates off amazon, but there was a problem with my order for the stamper itself, so I'm going to keep an eye out for this kit!
ReplyDeleteAnd I've been using the Olay brush for 6-8 months and really like it a lot. I'm afraid I don't use it often enough, and I can always tell because if I don't use it at least a couple times a week I break out. This brush really does help my skin though!
