Time for another installment of Beauty News You Can Use! I've got lots of good tidbits to share with you today so let's get right into it:
- Want to see a picture of the new Physicians Formula skincare line I told you about a while ago? Here you go!
- Speaking of pics, here are some photos of Madonna and daughter Lourdes' Material Girl makeup line, including the nail polishes and lipglosses.
- Haven't heard of Sparklehearts yet? It's a new beauty brand geared toward teens that offers made-in-the-USA, paraben and SLS free products with no synthetic colors and 100% recycled packaging. According to Happi.com, they've even partnered with PETA.
- Want a DIY, at-home version of Shellac? There's one already at Sally Beauty (you'll need to buy the lamp, too) and one on the way to Ulta.
- Mary J. Blige is launching her latest fragrance, My Life Blossom, on HSN this weekend.
- Rachel Zoe doesn't have her own cosmetics line (yet), but she is the spokesperson for Exude, which offers a different take on traditional lipstick packaging.
- Midwest gals: Meijer is planning to open a new, smaller concept store called Meijer Marketplace and rest assured, it will offer beauty products.
I saw the new Shellac knock-off at Sally's over the weekend! I'm pondering investing in the lamp and system. I just don't do my finger nails that often or I would have jumped on it already!
