Time again for another installment of beauty news tidbits I've collected over the past few days for your reading pleasure:
- Bethenny Frankel brings Skinnygirl Face & Body Solutions to Walmart (face masks, lipglosses, fragrances and more).
- Manic Panic launches a new makeup collection.
- Guess what? It turns out that higher-income shoppers love beauty bargains too!
- Madonna and daughter Lourdes to launch Material Girl beauty collection at Macy's (nail polish, lipglosses, body sprays and lotions in August with eyeshadows to come in the fall).
- Uslu Airlines, the Berlin-based cosmetics line that names all of its products after international airport codes, just launched a lovely lavender polish (named DUS--for the Düsseldorf airport of course) that comes with a free downloadable music track. Swanky!
- Guerlain to launch a "younger version" of the iconic fragrance Shalimar.
- Britney Spears goes cosmic with her latest fragrance.
- And just in case you haven't heard, Nicki Minaj and Ricky Martin are the newest spokespersons for MAC Viva Glam.
I think you probably already know this, but in case you don't, Britney Spears Believe has Linden in the fragrance. Have you sampled that one and what did you think, G?

ReplyDeleteI've got too much makeup, so I've decided to beef up my fragrance collection and have been reading on basenotes for some ideas. I happened on a forum post asking for fragrances with linden/lime blossom and I immediately thought of you and the post about your bf bringing you the perfume from Spain!
