Spotted: NEW Milani Limited Edition Shadow Eyez Collection

If you thought that Milani couldn't top their first Limited Edition Shadow Eyez Collection (let's face it, that one was pretty hard to beat), then think again. If you love purples, whites, silvers and blacks, this one's for you!

Huge thanks to reader Kratrina (@kratrina on Instagram) for this one. Kratrina spotted the new Limited Edition Shadow Eyez collection the other day and shared these pics with us (I forgot to ask her where she spotted these, but I'm guessing Fred Meyer since that's where the new Limited Edition Sparkling Mascara Top Coats are popping up right now).

NEW Milani Limited Edition Shadow Eyez Collection
(retail: $5.99 each)

There are six shades in this limited edition collection. Keep reading for a closer look!

Charming Black (shimmer)

Those of you who said you wanted a SHIMMERY black (as opposed to the matte black in the first LE collection) are going to be quite happy about this one.

Snowy White (matte)

This looks like a matte version of the permanent shade Winter White. Yes! And as Kratrina mentioned, this could be a dupe for NYX Milk (I know a lot of you love NYX Milk as a base for shadows).

Lovely Frost (metallic)

 Plum Amour (satin)

A plum-colored Shadow Eyez? Yes, please.

 Midnight Romance (shimmer)

I'm wondering if this might be a dupe for Urban Decay Delinquent?

Romantic Violet (pearl)

Whew! I'm swooning left and right over these shades--I'm so happy that Milani chose to go in a cool-toned direction with these, to nicely complement the warm tones in their first limited edition Shadow Eyez collection.

As always, when I find out more info about availability, I'll share it with you ASAP. I would suspect that these will be available in select drugstores soon, as well as on the Milani website

Thanks so much, Kratrina, for the great sighting and pics. I truly appreciate it!

  2. These are awesome! I'll have to order these online because there isn't any store in this area that ever gets LE products from Milani. Love all the other LE shades so I know I'll love these, especially a shimmery black! Yeah! :D

    1. Don't you love that Milani makes most of their LE products available for online purchase? Oh how I wish all brands did this!

  3. When you use these, so you apply a primer first, and then this and then shadow? I'm wondering how you mean a base for the use of these. And on a side note Thanks for liking my cake page on Facebook! I know you're on the other coast, but I follow you I thought I'd send you an invite :-)

    1. No, I don't need to apply primer first with these. I can wear alone or use as primer for powder shadows. :)

And you are so welcome. You do amazing work, which also makes me hungry! Lol!

  4. These look so pretty! I can NEVER find these- aside from the permanent shades- in my drugstores, so I really hope this collection is easier to find.

    1. Well there is always online! I'm guessing these will be up on the milani site soon. :)

  5. Where does it say it's limited edition? I don't see it anywhere. I would like it to be permanent since I love purples.

    1. Top left on the display, in bright pink.

    2. Hey G, I don't mean to question you, but the top left in the pink just says "new" not LE so I'm a bit confused.

    3. You're looking at the packaging. I said top left on the DISPLAY. The first pic in this post.

    4. Sorry! I overlooked it. I feel really stupid now. Thanks for the clarification!

    5. No problem! Hey, it happens to me too sometimes and readers let me know! I miss things that are right on the display sometimes, but my eyes just don't see it! :)

  6. Hey G! Thanks for sharing these. I picked these up at HEB (I'm a Texas girl). They also had the new mascaras. I'm hoping to pick up a few of these shades later this week. I'll let you know if I have some swatches.

  7. Hmm...Is the Milani Snow White the same as the Jordana White Shadow Pencil...?

    1. I am working on a review of the Jordana pencils actually, so if I get these, I'll definitely let you know if they're the same!

    2. Awesome! Would love it if you did a comparison of Jordana Almond Cream to the Milani nude shadow pencil from the last LE collection too. This is only a request though if you have time--not a demand. You're such a busybee as it is with this blog that I always feel bad asking you for anything

    3. I'm sorry, I meant Jordana Continuous Almond and Milani Almond Cream.

  11. My first thought was "I have plenty of purple bases"... but then I realized I don't have a plum liner.. or a lavender one.. so I'll be on the lookout for these.

    1. I have a few plum liners too, but none that can double as shadow so I am ALL about this one. Plum really brings out the green in my hazel eyes...love it!

    2. I want the plum more than any other shade too, I also have hazel "eyez!" ;)

  12. Just noticed these have the same ingredients as the Jordana eyeshadow pencils, that's interesting. I love the Jordana ones, so I guess that means I will like these :)

    1. I'm actually working on my review of the Jordana pencils but didn't compare the ingredient lists! Wouldn't be a huge surprise though, since they're sister companies. :)

  13. I JUST located the previous limited edition shades today and bought Almond Cream! I'm excited to test it, and I'll definitely get some of the purples in this collection if it works for me!

    1. You are going to LOVE almond cream! I wear it on the inner corners of my eyes practically every day!

    2. Thanks so much G for all the info. I some how missed the natural chic ltd. However thanks to you posting these new ones and mentioning the last Milani pencil Ltd I was able to go on the site and buy them. Thanks a lot...although this isn't helping my make up addiction. Lol :-)

  14. I feel like I'm seeing double... Jordana just released something similar to this (and I can't remember where I read that from).

    1. You could have seen that here (blogged about it a few times). Milani & Jordana are sister companies, in case you didn't know.

  16. Thanks Kratrina. I just saw the swatches on instagram. They are nice. I especially have to get the plum and silver ones. Thanks for the comparison, as I too was wondering if it was a dupe for NYX Milk. I think I like the Milani better. Uggh here I go again. Help!! Lol

  18. These pencils are NOT listed on Milani's website

  19. These pencils are on the website now! http://milanicosmetics.com/p-175-holiday-romance-shadow-eyez-12-hr-wear-eyeshadow.aspx

They have also been at my CVS (in New Hampshire) for the past week or 10 days. I just got 4 of them yesterday since I thought they were part of the extra bucks deal. They weren't but the store manager printed out extra bucks for me anyway. I love my CVS! I might have to pick up the last two this week since they are doing the bogo50.

  20. Hey G- found these at CVS tonight in Michigan for the first time. My stores take FOREVER to get stuff so we finally got them. However, they have NOT added them to the website yet so I'm not sure when these will go up. Do you think they ever will?
