As promised, here's a map that we can use to track sightings of the limited edition e.l.f. Villainous Villains Collection that's now popping up at Walgreens stores.
Please feel free to post a marker on this map if you find this collection in your area. The more info you share, the better it is for all of us, so please try to at least include the city and store and, if you can, the street name, the date of the sighting, and how much of the collection was still in the display at the time you spotted it.
NOTE: I approve markers at least once a day, so if you do not see your marker after you create it, please allow UP TO 24 HOURS FOR IT TO APPEAR ON THIS MAP. Please do not leave a second marker if you don't see your marker immediately after you create it.
If this map will not load for you, try viewing it in a different browser. You may also access this map directly by clicking here, but if you want to add a marker, you must do so by visiting the map via this blog post. Thanks for your cooperation!
BEFORE ADDING A MARKER, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
1) Before you add a marker, YOU MUST FIND THE LOCATION ON THE MAP THAT YOU WANT TO MARK.
2) After you find your location on the map, click "ADD" in the upper right corner of the map and follow the instructions. Either enter in the exact address in the pop-up box, OR you can click on the map to mark your location.
3) Please be sure that you indicate the store and city (and a street name if you'd like) and any other pertinent info in the notes.
3) Please be sure that you indicate the store and city (and a street name if you'd like) and any other pertinent info in the notes.
4) IF YOUR MARKER DOES NOT APPEAR AFTER YOU REFRESH THE PAGE, DO NOT ADD ANOTHER MARKER. It might take up to 24 hours for your marker to appear based on when I approve it.
Thanks so much for your help!
Possibly important: my Walgreens didn't have these out Saturday (in the afternoon), but they had an almost-full display today. I think they just didn't put them out until today - so, it's probably worth re-checking if a Walgreen's is listed as having the sets, but you didn't see them.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the tip, Emi!
DeleteGosh, I hope and pray somebody in my area finds them and puts them on the map. I really want these palettes!
ReplyDeleteHope you find them soon!
DeleteI'm really looking forward to reading the reviews on these. I'm kind of interested in them
ReplyDeleteIf I can find them, I'll swatch them. :)
DeleteFull display out on 3rd ave & 36th in NYC!! It's in the Halloween candy aisle! That explains y the cosmetics section had no idea what it is!! Got all three!!
ReplyDeleteGood to know! Thanks, hun!
DeleteThanks so much for doing this! Come on KCMO lol
ReplyDeleteYou're so welcome! I'll do a little happy dance for you if/when I approve the first marker in KCMO! ;)
DeleteI found these at the Walgreens in Clarksville, MD today! After so much searching for this product I was so excited and I bought 2 of the Cruella Deville palettes. One for me and one for my friend ;-) Sadly, I am very dissapointed in the quality of this product. The eyeshadows are very dry and crumbly with a lot of fall out. The eyeshadow primer is like water and is pretty much clear. THEN, the Lip/Cheek color is kinda a joke; it is tiny and extremely dry. I wanted to LOVE this because the palette is just so cute. However, I will unfortunately be returning these :(
ReplyDeleteSo sad it didn't work out for you. I admit the eyeshadows are extremely hit or miss with me as well. Either they will be crumbly and break apart easily or they will be forged with steel and I would have to scrape the shadow with a stick just to get some shadow to use.
DeleteI really like the primer though, it's not as thick as UDPP but it actually works pretty good.
I hear you both about that! Elf shadows have been notoriously inconsistent when it comes to the palettes...I always hope that at least the colors I really love in a given palette are good...
DeletePS: Saban, i'm still laughing at the ”forged with steel” comment! Lol!!
DeleteIt's so true though. Especially with that spotted and sporty palette. It was the plastic japanese food display equivalent of eyeshadow (without the magical hanging chopsticks).
DeleteI'm glad I read your comment! I've been looking all over my area and been calling nearby Walgreens like crazy...and they think I'm the crazy one! Ahaha!
DeleteSo now I won't look too much into it!
(:
So I have 2 of these and have not swatched them yet. Just looking at the eyeshadows, they seem like poor quality. They packaging is cute but I'm I really just going to keep it for that? Will Walgreens take them back if you've swatched them?
DeleteWalgreens has a great return policy and will accept returns on items that have been swatched or tested that did not work for you! =)
DeleteHmmm, I thought these were, with the exception of one or two mattes which were just kind of sheer, very buttery smooth and pigmented.. Especially the darker cOlors..I wonder if some were kept in storage conditions that might have changed the consistency of the product.. Even my cheek/ eye pencils glided on smooth and even- yes they are small but they were a good product :-( that stinks that some palettes were different than mine :-/ well thankfully wags has a great return policy :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat about NM??? I haven't been able to find them in my area... so sad and disappointed! Hopefully I will spot them soon! Love your blog. It is the only one I read religiously!! Thank you for all you do!
ReplyDeleteI saw these today and they are really awful quality. A lot of hype with no payout.

ReplyDeleteWhoever spotted the palettes by MTSU in Murfreesboro TN, Thank you so much!!!!! I went last week and didn't see them. Going after work tomorrow hoping that there are some left
ReplyDeleteGot them!!! Thanks so much to the person who left the sitting and Thank you so much G. for your interactive map. The cosmetics lady told me she just got them in on Thursday. So for everyone still looking call or check again with your local walgreens!
DeleteI got my maleficent and couldn't be happier. I was afraid the shadows would be. Troublesome but a quick swatch proved that they will at least be picked up with a brush and apply to the skin with acceptable coverage.
ReplyDeleteI added one to the Oklahoma map. Just incase it does not show up. The Walgreen's in Oklahoma City on the SE corner of 122nd and N May had a full display at the make-up check-out counter on the side and on the 2nd level, kind of pushed back. I think it held 4 or 5 of each and was completely full. I forgot to ask the SA how new they were.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear the quality for some has been lacking. I mainly wanted these for the shadows, but have to say I'm extremely surprised by the lip pencils. I really like them, so much that I wish these were available full size. I thought they were just lip liners, but they are actually very creamy and fill in the whole lip quite nicely. I have the Evil Queen and Maleficent palettes. I'm most happy with the Maleficent nighttime/darker lip color. Soooo pretty, like a dark berry.
ReplyDeleteI found these palettes today in Charleston, IL!!! I was so excited and ended up purchasing 2 of each palette. Keeping one set for myself and giving the other set to a friend as a Christmas gift!!
ReplyDeleteWas in Moscow, ID today so stopped by Walgreens and saw no sign of the Villains. Checked the regular cosmetics aisle, the LE cosmetics displays, and the seasonal sections. Did not dig through every bit of the halloween clearance though. (How they have halloween clearance in September, I don't know.) I didn't notice any e.l.f. anywhere, though, so maybe the store is too small to carry them?
ReplyDeleteDid see a whole endcap of the Fantasy Makers/WNW stuff, and some Disney villain nail thingeys, and a bunch of 99c eye shadow palettes in a display box that had snowflakes on it, which makes me think holiday gift sets coming soooooooooon.
I already added a marker to the map for a San Antonio, Tx location the one on 4703 West Commerce Street just got them in today. Location is right when you walk in first shelf where all the new displays are, I almost walked out and missed it. Employee said several people had called already prior looking for them. There were 2 palettes of each left, in the Evil palette both eyeshadows in Maniac were broken. They also had the press on nails these were to the right of the register in a separate display. All were there.
ReplyDeleteI finally found these today in Houston, TX! The Walgreens on Hammerly & Blalock in Spring Branch has all of the pallets (only 1 Maleficent left) and the nail decals.
ReplyDeleteJust picked up the Malficent one a broad street Walgreens location in Richmond VA. ( not sure if I did the marker correctly ) I picked the last of her but they had 4 C.D's and 2 Evil Queen.
ReplyDeleteOops. Meant to say I picked up the last Malficent.
DeleteI don't understand the whole map marking thing but they had 3 of each at the one in N. Main St. West Hartford, CT. I had them hold a set for me so there should be 2 more of each left. You can add it if you want. :) I don't know if there is more in back.
ReplyDeleteAHHH Whoever marked Omaha didn't specify a Walgreen's! There are twenty Walgreen's here! AHHH lol.
ReplyDeleteMap idea is fantastic, thanks for sharing!
I added a marker but then clicked the X. does that mean I need to resubmit it?
