It came with a leopard print makeup bag and inside was the following: a booklet of coupons, 5 towelettes from Pond's (Luminous Clean), 1 fl oz Tresemme Split Remedy shampoo, a small sample of Maybelline's Dream Fresh Beauty Balm, and lastly, a FULL SIZE Covergirl lipstick. My shade was Enthrall Charme. It is very reminiscent of the other Target beauty bags that you have to sign up for.
Also, Freeman is having a mystery bag that you pay $20 for. It includes $60 worth of product and I believe 5 bags will be filled with the entire Eclos line.

Ulta has stopped selling LA Splash cosmetics, and they've gone on clearance. I contacted LA Splash and all they said was they're no longer supplying Ulta with products, but they aren't sold in other stores (just online). I love their Diamond Dust and Sealer/base. The shadows are now only $2.69, down from $8.
For the past couple of weeks I've seen these LA Color eyeshadows at Dollar Tree http://nouveaucheap.blogspot.com/2011/06/new-la-colors-value-kits-at-dollar-tree.html (the ones in the last photo - I don't know the name). I've been regularly checking Dollar Tree since the beginning of the year and this is the first time I've seen those shadows.

I just wanted to add Sephora.com has put a few more Nails Inc. colors on sale for $5 each.
I don't know if anyone's said this before, but if you have a Grocery Outlet in your area you should really check the cosmetics section. I constantly see L'oreal and Revlon products there, and a ton of other brands. They even had the Physician's Formula powder foundations and bronzers in the bright orange compacts recently for $3. And I got a set of five Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure polishes there a couple weeks ago for $6 and it included Sequin Scandal, Delphinium (both of which I'd really wanted), and three other limited edition colors. They have changing stock, of course, so you just need to pop in and check whenever you're near one.

If anyone in Texas is still looking for the neutral/earthy LE Color Tattoos, HEB finally got a display in. It's different from the two I have seen at Walgreens (endcap + freestanding with eyeshadow quads) and CVS (just an endcap). It only had the Color Tattoos and two eye pencils I hadn't seen before. I'm sorry that I didn't investigate what exactly they were!
However, there is a 1/1 HEB coupon on Maybelline this week. It is a B type coupon, meaning if you have a manufactuer's coupon for Maybelline (I have some from a tearpad) you can use both!
