If you bought them on sale the free shipping would not apply since you can only use one coupon code with ELF and all their sales are applied via coupon code. Perhaps if they offered some LE items, early access to new items/colors, or partnered with some other companies to provide other products it would be worth it... as is though a 30% discount in exchange for no choice of product/color is not a deal to me especially since I own quite a bit of ELF and have found it very hit or miss in the past.waymire01https://www.blogger.com/profile/03156993957158840093noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-923437194678664102.post-37464812867410939512013-07-22T10:37:52.203-07:002013-07-22T10:37:52.203-07:00I forgot to mention the shimmering facial whip in ...I forgot to mention the shimmering facial whip in pink lemonade. I have to say, I'm not very excited about it, but I don't hate it either. I got a baked eye shadow palette ($10), the st. lucia bronzer/blush duo ($3), a trio of bright summer nail polishes in beach party ($3), the studio lengthening and volumizing mascara ($3), the eyeshadow C brush and the blush brush from the studio line ($6 total), the lotion wipes ($3), the makeup removing wipes ($3), the mineral lipstick in party pink ($5), and the glossy gloss in funky fuschia ($3). That's $39 of product. But like the rest of the comments have said, I could have probably purchased all of this during the right sale for under $20. I'm excited to have the eye shadow palette and the blush/bronzer duo, but I think I'll cancel the subscription going forward.Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16113135929773685754noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-923437194678664102.post-91972400954729292332013-07-21T21:46:39.673-07:002013-07-21T21:46:39.673-07:00I have to agree with most of the other posters on ...I have to agree with most of the other posters on this one..elf is so cheap and with their sales..it just seems WAY expensive for a "mystery" selection. I love elf, but their palettes are not what I buy when I get elf products. I like their blushes, brushes and mostly stuff that I can find at Target for like 1$..lol..so I'll be passing on this one. <br />xoxo<br />Ann-MarieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-923437194678664102.post-26597691842743807162013-07-21T07:16:36.161-07:002013-07-21T07:16:36.161-07:00I feel like with the weekly sales, this is not wor...I feel like with the weekly sales, this is not worth it. I mean, unless they're always including palettes, it seems as though most bundles would include at least 6-10+ products, and after a while it wouldn't be as interesting anymore, in my opinion. I thought it would be $10, and if it was, I would've tried it, but $20 is eh, and $27 because of shipping is way too steep for me (considering the context).Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10550340083812481479noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-923437194678664102.post-82567842923701574542013-07-19T14:50:02.434-07:002013-07-19T14:50:02.434-07:00I think this is an awesome service/idea for people...I think this is an awesome service/idea for people who may not have tried elf before or are not that familiar with the brand but are curious to try it, because for me I'm an elf addict and have tried a million of their products so most likely I will get duplicates of items I already own from elf.GGBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12584350672221292857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-923437194678664102.post-9063799475406150822013-07-19T14:28:45.283-07:002013-07-19T14:28:45.283-07:00E.L.F. has some really nice sales. Loved it. It was exactly $40 worth of products. (Of course you get a lot of sales on their website). I did get about 3 things I already owned but I just gave them to my mom as she'll like them. I also found a couple of things that are things I wouldn't have bought - for example the Makeup Removing Wipes. I think they are completely comparable to the Simple wipes. Removes eyeliner and mascara with no problem at all. I would rather just read some reviews/blogs and purchase just the products that get good reviews for a few dollars every now and then. But since it's every 8 weeks I guess it's ALMOST comparable to Ipsy. However with all the sales and coupons Elf offers all the time, I'm not sure if the price is worth it when you don't know what you're getting. Just my opinion :)Budget Splurge Beautyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13384739378017323456noreply@blogger.com
