Adds a bit of hydration I der the eyes and also removes fallout before applying concealer/foundation. I do my eyes first for this readon. I do t want fallout all Over then have to remove my makeup to remove fallout... & we all know fallout is pretty inevitable. I see that this is really similar to the YR hydrating micellar water I bought (after reading your review on it), and it'll probably replace the YR one for me in the future. As of right now, I'm totally stocked up on the YR hydrating micellar water (I bought 3 when they went on sale for $4) but it's good to know that there's something else that'll do the same thing for a more affordable price.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09462364393896009791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-923437194678664102.post-28490040555279408642015-02-15T12:45:03.121-08:002015-02-15T12:45:03.121-08:00I made the mistake of starting to use this and tha...I made the mistake of starting to use this and that new Loreal setting spray on the same day and one of them broke me out in a rash. I suspect it was the setting spray rather than this but now I need to go back and do test patches of this and that spray to figure out what bothered me. I don't see any ingredients in this product that should have caused me issues so I highly suspect it's the spray. I also don't like using this stuff on a full face of make up. I'll let my Garnier Cleanse Off Oil do that, but I do LOVE this stuff for post make up removal. Especially if there was a spot I missed! I have also found that having it around when I'm swatching is good too since I don't use make up wipes often :) Nicolehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07784104086634690699noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-923437194678664102.post-90791672321667809322015-02-13T16:28:37.601-08:002015-02-13T16:28:37.601-08:00Basically just glycerin water.. might give it a sh...Basically just glycerin water.. might give it a shot for am cleansing. It leaves my combination skin feeling cleansed and lightly hydrated, and I prefer it to any cleansing wipe I've tried (for this purpose).
I do not like it at all for makeup removal.
And I do think it has a scent--sort of a mineral, earthy smell--which fades pretty quickly. Overall, it does have a place in my cleansing routine. The only other micellar water I've tried is Bioderma, and I'd say that I like them both equally.

I don't use it for removing all my makeup either - I mostly use it to correct makeup mistakes (on a q-tip; very precise and doesn't leave residue, so you can reapply after) or to remove makeup residue from under my eyes (again, on a q-tip).
